Maintenance Supervisor
We are a small, locally owned lodging company that is comprised of almost 170 short-term rental properties, along with 4 homeowner associations. The primary duties of this position include the coordination & completion of unit work orders through direct supervision of the Operations staff. This individual would perform tasks such as employee supervision, light unit maintenance, property management projects, landscaping and snow removal. This position would report directly to the Director of Operations. Strong candidates would have a property management or hospitality background, and previous supervisory experience.
Applicants must have a valid Colorado driver’s license & secure housing in the immediate Breckenridge vicinity. There is no resident manager housing provided. Full-time/year-round position. Health insurance available, along with a ski pass finance program.

Entry-level Maintenance Tech
The primary duties of this position include light unit maintenance, cleaning, landscaping and snow removal. This position would report directly to both the Director of Operations and the Maintenance Supervisor. Maintenance experience in the hospitality field is preferred, but certainly not required.
