We are now hiring the following positions in our Operations and Housekeeping department. Come and join our team!

Resident PropertyManager
Primary responsibilities include daily maintenance and supervision of 19 unit condominium complex in town. Duties are light unit maintenance, property management projects, landscaping and snow removal. This position would report directly to the Director of Operations and Assistant Maintenance Manager. Strong candidates would have a property management or hospitality background, but not required.

Applicants must have a valid Colorado driver’s license & secure housing in the immediate Breckenridge vicinity. There is no resident manager housing provided. Full-time/year-round position. Health insurance available, along with a ski pass finance program.

Entry-level Maintenance Tech
The primary duties of this position include light unit maintenance, cleaning, landscaping and snow removal. This position would report directly to both the Director of Operations and the Maintenance Supervisor. Maintenance experience in the hospitality field is preferred, but certainly not required.

Assistant Housekeeping Inspector

Primary responsibilities include property housekeeping inspections, owner arrival inspections, ordering of supplies. Interaction with housekeepers, owners and co-workers. This position would report directly to the Director of Housekeeping. Schedule includes weekends, with midweek days off. Previous housekeeping or inspection experience preferred.

Applicants must have secure housing in the immediate Breckenridge vicinity. Full-time/seasonal position. Position has potential to become year-round with health insurance available at that time.
