Vacation Rental Summary
As we made our way from Denver to Breck, my wife got sick with a stomach bug. I called Great Western and they immediately said come get your keys and get her in a room. This was 12:30, several hours earlier than we were supposed to get there. The folks at Great western are truly service oriented. We ended up having the best family vacation ever.
Our family of ten had a wonderful time in this rental home. The owners have thought of every possible amenity to make their guests feel comfortable. The kids loved the hot tub and we used the grill one night. (Great Western made sure we had enough propane.) We were able to easily traverse to 4 o'clock run without difficulty. Also driving to town was a breeze. Great Western Lodgings', Tyler, was so helpful because, upon our arrival, the TV channels all didn't work (the men had to watch Espn while there) and the fireplace did not function. Tyler worked very hard for two days and managed to solve both problems! The owners do need to update their instructions located on the inside of the kitchen cabinet. Also, they need a new coffee pot. Aside from that, and trying to learn the light fixture technology, the place was fabulous and I would gladly stay there again!!!
