This convenient townhome is one of our closest units to ski runs. Located in the famous "front row" of the Cedars, guests can put their equipment on and easily access the Quicksilver Lift on Peak 9 from their front door. The condo offers a two-level floorplan complete with new living room furniture and flatscreen. Other unit amenities include a gas-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, a sunny deck, Wi-Fi, one-car garage and beautiful mountain furnishings. Guests will also have access to the newly renovated Upper Village pool & hot tub area just across the street. Larger SUVs/cars may not fit in the garage. If this is the case, off-site parking may be required. This may involve extra fees in some cases.

    The condo was clean and accomodating. Several lights were out upon arrival (late night) but were replaced upon notification to management. The location was good with a serene setting by the creek and trees. The beds were cery comfortable and overall a great experience. Management needs to explain that after hours arrivals are required to cehck in the following day with them and that a $200.00 deposit is being held against your credit card until after your departure and that all was left undamaged.

    We enjoyed our stay and skiing mainly due to the convenience of the condo. It was roomy, clean, private and right on the slopes! Could not have done better. Thanks!!!

    Condo was pretty bare bones. Clean but needs updating. The location, right on the slope by the ski school for our kids, made it worth it, however.

    Another great experience with GWL. We are owners at Grand Timber but whenever we cannot get in there we use GWL. Cedars 3 was the best rental unit ever. Great price, superior location, quiet and spacious. I would rent this unit again.

    We had a good time after the first two days. When we arrived, the rental company apparently didn't know that the unit was being painted. The windows and garage door were covered in paper, and there were no numbers on the units. After driving around for @ 45 minutes, a hail storm, and 3 phone callsto the rental office, we were finally able to check in. The painter were there again the second day plus a noisy construction crew for the the unit across the street. The location was great for walking into Breck but management could be better. We would stay there again but will definitely confirm that no noisy repairs or painting crews are operating.

    Truly Ski-in/Ski-out Experience

    Cedars 3 was everything we could have desired. So close to the slopes and to town. We loved having a garage in which to park our rental car as it snowed every day and it was very nice to be able to get in a warm car without having to get the snow off.

    Ski your heart out location!

    My husband and I, along with our grown son and his wife, enjoyed Cedars #3 for a six-night stay. Loved the location right off the Quick Silver Lift! When not skiing, there is a nice view of the activity going on outside. Condo was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Beds were comfy. While the finishes in this unit are not the newest or top of the line, nonetheless, it was all in well-kept condition and very pleasant to stay in. Had that lodge feel to it with the fireplace and furnishings. New flat screen TV went over well with all the football bowls going on during our stay; however, is not HD. Also, be sure you are ok with stairs if you stay in this unit, as there are three levels and you will be going up and down a lot. Can certainly add to your altitude fatigue if you're not careful.
