This moderate condo is one of our best values for an in-town two bedroom unit. This beautiful Breckenridge lodging accommodation is located just two blocks off of Main Street and about 250 yards to the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift. The unit is about 1,200 square feet and happens to be one of our most spacious two bedrooms. The building offers an underground heated garage parking, indoor hot tubs and a steam sauna. Guests will also have use of the Upper Village outdoor heated pool and hot tubs right down the street. There is a rustic wood fireplace with additional wood supplied in the garage.

    This condo was in such a great location, right between the town and the slopes! The heated garage was also a nice perk. Great Western Lodging had great customer service. I do wish that the beds were not hard as rocks. I would definitely stay here again if the owners upgraded.

    I was very pleased with my stay. A few friends and I came to go skiing and we looked through many places to stay. We chose this one because of the great location in Breckenridge and because of the good value. The only mild downside was that there was construction noise because the hallway was being worked on. I understood and it wasn't too bad at all. I would stay again.

    Condo was nice sized and clean but not inviting or home-y at all. Very dated. It feels like the owners decorated and furnished the condo as cheaply as possible. In addition to that our two biggest complaints are 1) that the master bedroom and second bedroom seem to have been switched. The room with the 2 twin beds has the adjoining bathroom and a separate entrance to the outer corridor. Not kid-friendly at all to have the bedroom directly access the outer corridor. And not so great for the parents to have the small room with no bathroom or decent closet. 2) the deck is very dangerous for kids...slats are very far apart. The owners advised about the deck but they should do something to make it safe instead of just tell you to avoid it.

I am also going to see if the Maintenance Department can look into putting up something around the deck to make sure it is not possible for anything to get through the slats while the homeowner association looks at replacing the decks completely.

    Spacious unit in a great location

    We had a great time in Breckenridge! This unit was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. It was a little "tired" but that didn't matter to us. It was a short walk to the Quiksilver lift but we chose to take the bus across the street instead. It was also an easy walk to town making it the perfect location for us. The management company is not onsite and is quite a walk away so be sure to arrange a ride to the complex if you don't have a car

    Good space, bit outdated

    We found our appartment comfortable from a space perspective. Some things didn't function when we came in and we had to request repairs. Easy things got done immediately, one electrical item didn't get fixed at all. That was slightly disappointing. Restroom and kitchen were slightly outdated but still convenient enough. I found it slightly overpriced for the state of the appartment.

    You get what you pay for......

    The condo had the essentials, but was a little dated. I was completely suprised by the twin beds, would have been nice to have 2 bedrooms with couple sleeping accomodations. Would be nice to get a credit for the stay if more than 3 days, to wash towels. Had an issue with the neighbors having a party till all hours of the morning. Loved the size, it was nice for the week stay. Plenty of coat racks and shoe storage. Close to the slopes. Right on the bus route.

    the unit is very nice and well appointed, especially in the kitchen and we like to cook! The mattress for the hide-a bed is one of the worst I've ever felt and we even took it of the bed and put it on the floor. this is only really a unit for 4 people not 6. I am a camper and still found it VERY uncomfortable. Also there are double beds in the master so our honeymoon couple in the second bedroom were not thrilled. It should not be classified as a ski out anymore since the 4 o'clock run back into town is closed. We had to get a ride all the time. It was just too far to walk. The fireplace was great and having a wood locker is really nice. The heated garage was a plus.

    Very enjoyable for our Ski trip, 3 days in December. It's a short walk about 1.5 blocks to the Quicksilver lift. No ski locker but we stored skis on the balcony.
