Los Pinos 14B - 3bd/3ba - Breckenridge Lodging Condos

This is a nice home, in a nice location. The garage is a little small. The kitchen is stocked very well with dishes, utensils, etc. The service from Great West Lodging was excellent! This was a very comfortable place to stay.

Great condo and plenty of space for the children. We enjoyed the hot tub but since it was next to the master bedroom, it was pretty loud at night. Loved that all the bedrooms were downstairs. Beautiful view of the mountains. Really clean.

This was our families first ski trip. My husband and I went with our two kids and their three friends. The condo was great especially the shuttle vans that picked us up right at the condo and drove us into to town where ever we wanted to go. When we wanted to come back we would just give them a call 10 min before we were ready and they met us at the resturant to drive us home. Real short walk for kids to lifts and my husband I had a wonderful two days of snowshoeing since we don't ski.

Pretty view and very clean inside. Kitchen and Dining area are small. Downstairs where the bedrooms are located, it gets really hot at night. Overall, it was a great stay.

this is the third time that we booked through Great Western and as always the condo was awesome, clean and they were available if needed. We like to leave the heat of southern Louisiana in august and the next time we come I'm sure we will book through them again. Thanks, Louise

Nice and roomy. Comfortable living area upstairs. Open kitchen/living room design. Deck backs onto treed hill and then a fairly busy street. Tight garage with one parking space behind it (outside). No room for more than two vehicles (no street parking). Three bedrooms downstairs all decent sized. Three bathrooms downstair - none upstairs. Note: private hot tub BUT it's downstairs in a weird little room of it's own, not outside. Overall, very liveable at a reasonable price.

This unit was very nice and very comfortable. It certainly met our needs well. Getting to the snowflake lift was really convenient. There is a hike involved in getting back at the end of the day. We had to pole our way over a trail to get to the street where we had to hike down the road and then up the drive. Alternatively, you could ski to the base, take a shuttle and then hike up to the condo. The snowflake lift up was very convenient and fast. Lift lines at the bottom of the mountain can take up to 90 minutes in the morning. If you stay here, you should get up the mountain more quickly in the morning. You pay at the end of the day when you have to get back to the condo!

We spent four nights at Los Pinos 14B. The condo was in a nice location (a bit far from downtown if walking with little children) and was right on the bus route. The only issue that we had with the condo was a downstairs water leak that had been around for some time. The carpet was soaking wet and was starting to smell. We called Great Western Lodging twice about this problem but they never returned our calls. We were disappointed in both the property and the property management company. We will definitely find something different next year.

We came to colorado for a two week visit. We loved our stay in this Condo. It was a very good location and very modern. I would stay here will stay here next time with out a doubt!

Condo was easy to find and had a nice inside parking spot. Was a great ski in/ski out location near peak 8 lift.

We have spent one week every summer for the last 5 years in Breckenridge and have stayed at different condos. Los Pinos was a great place to stay for our family of 5. It had the comforts of home and allowed us to also be in the mountains. The management staff are easy to work with and we hope to stay w/them in the Summer of 2009 as well.
