The condo is finely appointed with the latest mountain furnishings, granite countertops, a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and was recently remodeled. Vacation Rental Summary
Outstanding location... well worth the cost. Everything located on 1 floor. Underground parking is great. Will definately rent this unit again.
Our family stayed in several units managed by this management company. The units themselves were quite nice, and well equipped with everything we needed. Everyone was comfortable, and we had plenty of room to relax when we weren't busy with the family wedding extravaganza we attended. I highly recommend the accommodations and found them to be comfortable and loved the proximity to town. The only issue we had was significant confusion with check in and the keys that were issued to us. The keys just didn't seem to hold a charge, and we were constantly trying to get a key to work in the door, and the garage entry. The garage is a nightmare to maneuver in, and I was amazed every time we entered and departed that we didn't hit something.

Ms Station #1209 is a beautiful unit with balconies overlooking Maggie Pond and the Blue river. The sound of the river under your window is a great way to fall asleep. Very nicely furnished in all the rooms. Perfect location for walking to Main Street as well as the restaurants our your door.
The condo location was fantastic - steps from the lift! The only downside was that there were no details provided on how to move equipment in and out of the condo. I later found a short paragraph in some documentation but it would have been nice to have the process explained when we checked in.
A family of 7 experienced a wonderful holiday while staying at a lovely, completely equiped, clean and convenient four bedroom/4 bath condo at 1209 Main Street Station. It provided a beautiful view of the nearby ski lift. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. Great Western Lodging was most accommodating and prompt with every request made.
The unit was spacious and clean. Very good location. We had eleven people (including three small childern). On Saturday night during our stay there was a wedding party at the restraunt below our unit. The party was loud and went on until two o'clock in the morning keeping people awake. We complained, but nothing was done.
Very convenient location but extremely loud until after 2 am. No air conditioning is usually not a problem, but if you need to close the windows because of the noise, it gets pretty uncomfortable in July. The furnishings were a bit dated and no WiFi access in this building. All-in-all an okay experience, but not what you expect for the price.
We don't usually stay at prime ski locations like this condo because of the high cost but because it was April, it was more affordable. It is located at the base of Peak 9 and you can see the slopes and slopeside activities from the deck. It is a very short walk to the Quicksilver lift and the Adaptive Office. The rooms are large; the kitchen and great room is large enough to host a dinner party! All was to be expected from this top end accomodation except for some TV issues in the bedrooms. (probably cause it was the end of the season) I would recommend this condo and I wish I could afford it during the regular season. I hope the building works on the passcard problems; the plastic cards kept going dead which can be a problem if you expect your younger types to be able to use it with ease (not fun for adults either). We had a great stay; plenty of great snow and we were within walking distance to all the main street Breckenridge restaurants and shops. You do not need a car if you stay here but the underground parking was nice.
Wonderful overall experience. Great floor plan, good bedding configurations, perfect location, very nice well-stocked kitchen. Everything was very clean except for rug stains. Few issues: pullout sofa was broken so my son had to sleep on it unopened, which wasn't a big deal. Also there was no light fixture over the dining table, which was weird (it obviously had a receptacle but no one ever put a chandelier in.) And while the kitchen cabinets are nice, there's nowhere to put your food so all groceries had to be left on the counter or on top of the refrigerator. Having said all that, I would stay there again in a heartbeat b/c the location is excellent, amenities are nice and the unit was very clean.
Overall we liked the property...great location for both lifts and town. Furniture was dated and worn, had a dining room table that we thought was going to fall down anytime we used it. Kitchen was equipped real well. WE had a 4 bedroom unit and it accomodated our group of 7 very well.
This condo was great for for our family ski trip. The location was super convenient, especially to the ski school and day care--just steps away. It's also just steps to the ski lift and Main Street/downtown. The condo was very nice and one of the most spacious 4 bedroom units we have seen. We all agreed it was extremely well appointed--plenty of dishes, pots and pans--everything you might need. Having the ski valet on sight was a nice perk. We would definitely stay there again. Negatives were pretty minor: some noise at night as the bars emptied out (most in the condo didn't hear this but the light sleepers did), not enough dish towels in the kitchen, keys that didn't work consistently to get into the building and poor lighting in the living and dining room (seems like this is true of so many ski condos).
I stayed here with my husband and 2 children, with anotherfanily of 4. The home was quite spacious and confortable. And even with the 8 of us, still offered us privacy. I highly recommend this home.
We were having a 60th anniversary celebration for family who are located all over the country, so we chose Breckenridge as a "central" point. With seven people, we needed lots of room, and this unit was perfect. It had plenty of room in the living areas and kitchen, and the four bedrooms allowed everyone their own space. It is centrally located, and literally right next to all the activity on Main Street. We would go back in an instant!
