Perfect location to ski Breckenridge. Walk out the back door after picking your skis up at the ski valet & in a short walk you are at the left. When you are not skiing, walk to shops & restaurants. Lots off space inside, nice middle of the living space fireplace. Would stay here again.

The condo was wonderful!!! It was spacious and very clean. Everyone was amazed and appreciative that each room had their own bathroom. The dining area was very spacious, and the fact that each room had DVD players helped to amuse the kiddos. We were sooo close to all the action of Main Street, too! The restaurants and shopping were right outside our door. And we were so close to Peak 8. We loved having all of the rooms so people could turn in when they felt like it. We also loved the large open spaces which were great for hosting game nights. Being so close to the outdoor hot tubs was also a bonus. The only negative was that one of the rooms (farthest room) had a lack of heat for some reason. We just had the kids put on extra warm clothes and snuggle under extra blankets. We opened their door once the adults went to sleep so they got the heat from the other parts of the condo. The cold was a minor part of their trip because they had one of their best vacations ever. The adults did say they wouldn't have wanted that room, though.
Dear Opa’s Group -
Thank you for your review! We always like to hear from our guests and this is great information for us to make sure that our units are getting the attention needed and guest’s are experiencing exceptional customer service.
I will share this with our maintenance department to inspect the heating situation in the back bedroom and make sure everything is working. Maybe look at adding a space heater for the room for all future guests this winter. Thank you for noting!

I arrived on my scheduled day (night) - I had called 2 times to say that I was going to be arriving late. Great Western Lodging stated they would put the keys in the late arrival box. When I arrived - there were no keys for my unit. I called the emergency number - there was no answer. I went to the main desk at the hotel and they were able to make keys for me. I went to Great Western Lodging office the next day to get my regular keys. They stated that they had given them to my "mother". My mother was not even scheduled to come in... Then they told me they had given them to another family member. That was not the case either. Then my daughter came in (late and with a sick child). We had gotten her keys in anticipation. When we went to get her in her unit, the keys did not work!!!. Great Western Lodging stated that we must have put the keys next to a cell phone - in fact, they had been in the same envelope from the time we got them to the time we tried to get into the unit. I again had to go to the front desk for a set of keys. During our stay - there were at least 4 keys that all of a sudden decided not to work... We are not idiots - we know that putting them next to a cell phone will cause them to not work..We were very careful not to do that. I felt that every time there was an issue, it was my fault... not sure what I did to: 1. not have the keys in the "after hours" box the first night or 2. have the keys not work in my daughters room (when they were in the welcome envelope the whole time)
Dear Rhonda-

I wanted to apologize for the confusion surrounding you and the guests with the wedding party. With so many units under the same names and family members checking in for different units, our front desk got incredibly confused and I sincerely apologize for everything that occurred. The Bride is a dear friend and colleague and we all wanted to do everything we could for her family, unfortunately it did not work out as we hoped.
The issues with the keys is definitely concerning and we have reprogrammed all of our Main Street Station keys to ensure they all work for future guests.

Our family had a wonderful time enjoying all that Breckenridge has to offer. It was made even better knowing that we had a beautiful condo to come "home" to. We loved the location and the kids went crazy over the huge swimming pool!

This condo was convenient to pool, hot tubs, workout center, skiing, restaurants, parking, and shopping. The condo was comfortable with baths for each bedroom plus a half bath. The refrigerator overheated and the drain in the kitchen sink was plugged, but staff maintenance was quick to make the necessary repairs. We would like a more convenient storage for the ski equipment as no equipment was permitted in the unit. Also, the closet doors kept coming out of the tracks as the tracks were not secured on the floor. Regardless, we definitely would rent this unit again. This was our second year staying at Main Street Station.

We spent six nights at this apartment and it was very comfortable - best thing about it was we were able to come home for lunch if necessary. The folks at Great Western were tremendously helpful, as were the people at Hyatt (the property is in a Hyatt complex). Amenities are quite good, beds were comfortable, and despite overlooking a public area it was not noisy. Liked best: having lots of bathrooms and washer/dryer in unit.

We have stayed at Mainstreet Station before and like its conveniant location to slopes and stores. However, unit 1503 needs a few things; it needs regulated heat throughout suite (We were sweating in one room and freezing in another). Also, the whole apartment needs lighting!! There isn't enough lighting at the kitchen table to read a book comfortably. The bedrooms are also poorly lit (The ceiling fans are set up for a light kits!! Put them on). The closets had rolled up carpet and junk in them, Not much room for our storage. Overall, it could be a real nice unit...But for the money we spent, I want everything right. Great Western Lodging only gave us a 5% discount as return customers; the condo rates went up, lift tickets went up, children ski school went significantly up. We are are going to have to look into other ski options next year. That's a shame because we like Breckenridge.
