This remodeled condo features a spacious floorplan with new carpet and cozy mountain furnishings. Each bedroom also has its own television. Heated underground garage parking and elevator access is also available.     We had a wonderful experience at Breckenridge. This condo was clean and well furnished. It was perfectly located by Maggie's Pond and we could walk to the ski lift. Very conviently located to even Main Street. We look forward to going back next year.

    The building interior looks to be recently refurbished, and the unit has recently been spruced up as well, with nice, comfortable furnishings. Location relative to town and slopes is good, with a little walking to Main Street. This unit is directly over the entrance to the building garage, so the garage door is a bit noisy and the floors are very cold. We had 5 of us in the unit and had to take staggered showers if we all wanted hot water. The gas fireplace was nice, the bedrooms and bathrooms were bigger than several of the places we have stayed in. Not too bad of a walk to the grocery store if you don't have a car, which we didn't, so cooking in is not hard to do... with plenty of nice restaurants, equipment rentals, lift and ski school near by.

    We always have a great time at the property, super close to town...this was our 3rd year.

    The condo was in a great location, but several items needed repair in the condo. The day before we left, the dishwasher stopped working. The building is very quiet despite the fact that the condo was in a large building. The washer and dryer were easily accessible and we used it several times during our stay.

    I have followed up with the maintenance department and great news – they have resolved all the items! Brought in a new iron, fixed the lights, carpet clean, etc. The dishwasher had to have a specialist come out and fix it, thank you for noting so we could get it all taken care of!

    Very comfortable condo for my family of 6 (three teenagers and a 10 year old plus mom and dad). Close to slopes (about two blocks) and very close to main street. Can't wait to go again.

    We had a great week in Breckenridge. The location was phenomenal as far as getting to the Lifts and into town. Parking was easy. The rental was clean although somewhat smaller than I expected. My only complaint would be that there was no Wi-Fi access. There were several Wi-Fi Networks but we were not allowed to access any of them. The description said that this sleeps eight. That would be difficult. The staff was friendly, convenient, and phenomenal. We needed extra towels and had no problem supplying these. All in all a great value and a wonderful place to stay for a week.

    Lovely place had a musty smell though. Toilet seats need replacing.

    This was the first time that we did not stay in Powderhorn, and the condo was well laid out, clean and nicely equipped. There were only 2 problems, the unit was right over the garage door and it was noisy every time the door opened and closed and there was no internet access and most of the free spots that were recommended were very slow or not available. As always the skiing was top notch and we had a great time, we're already planning next year's trip.

    The locality and presentation of this property make it a great place to stay if you are needing somewhere in Breckenridge that is a few minutes walk from Main Street, and only ten minutes walk to the chair lift (and that is with ski boots on !) - it is a well cared for and appointed 2br condo with all the necessary kitchen implements for those that prefer to stay in, two bathrooms to keep everyone happy and plenty of living room space. With a discount offered for staying at this time of the year (January 3 - 9) it was good value, but at full price, it may have competition from other premises that offer as much. Recommended.

    Checkin was an absolute breeze. Couldn't ask more regarding location. Easy to get to, covered parking a nice bonus. Spacious condo, well decorated. Huge patio area. Only thing that is needed is internet access.

    Great Western Lodging consistly provides excellent customer service and I will continue to recommend them to my friends. Location of the condo is so convenient because we could walk to the Peak 9 lifts. The complex is quiet, has a great pool & hot tub area and we loved the parking garage with elevator! I will definitely stay here again.

    We rented this condo due to proximity to the lifts and weren't dissapointed. The condo was very comfortable and very close to both town and the lifts. There were four in our party and we all had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again.

    We our stay at Mountainwood, our condo was decorated beautifully and very cozy, we had everything we needed for our stay and would highly recommend this to anyone. It was within walking distance of downtown Breckenridge.

    Wonderful first floor condo...right next to the exit. Only a 10 minute walk to super 8 chair lift. very convenient to DT Breck. Parking is great. Service is GREAT! This is our second stay and will continue to stay here on pursuing trips.

    Great place to stay. Had a little bit of everything while staying as to Sun, Snow and Fun. Property was close to everything to do and only a short distance from the downtown area. Would stay again. Really enjoyed the inclosed parking area.
