Mountainwood 403 - 2bd/2ba - Vacation Rental Condos Breckenridge CO

Stayed for Spring Break 2013. We got in late and were able to pickup our keys at night and check-in the following morning. The place was awesome, lots of amenities and cool features. The location to the lift was perfect (if you dont mind a 5-10min walk). Perfect distance to downtown area. Tip: if renting skies from Christy Sports, you can walk from Mountainwood to the Christy Sports at Main Street Station.

This place is close to the chair lift and walking distance of downtown restaurants. They have a nice fireplace and separate locker for ski gear. Kitchen was well stocked.

Great location and you can tell the owner's really want you to feel at home which was much appreciated. Mountain-y decor and nice inclusions like Dvds and games. Plenty of room but needs updating. Carpet was filthy...our white socks were grey after walking around the unit plus it was kind of gross having the master bath carpeted. One warning for anyone with toddlers...there are cute moose cabinet and drawer pulls in the kitchen but they are very sharp. Our clothes kept getting caught on them and we wouldn't let our little one in the kitchen for fear of her getting injured by them.

Well decorated, comfortable - felt like home. Close enough to the ski lift to stop and come home for lunch. Would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Mountainwood condo. It comfortably slept 5 of us. The condo has nice amenities including the fireplace, two flat screen TVs, a gas grill on the patio, and a comfortable leather sofa and recliner. The heated parking garage with a reserved spot was also very convenient. The condo is a very short walk from the pool and hot tubs. It's also a short walk from everything else you would need to do in Breckenridge -- we walked to the slopes every day and to all the bars/restaurants along Main Street every night. The only downside was that it would be nice to have a hot tub on-site, but it wasn't that inconvenient to walk the hundred yards. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place if you're planning a trip to Breckenridge.

The two couples found the accommodations just right for size and location for our mountain getaway. We enjoyed hiking, dining out, biking, and sight-seeing in the area. The condo is in a great location!

Generally great condo, great location, little outdated, but very affordable and perfect for a ski rental property. Quiet and a little off main street, so less noise. Would stay here again.

The location in regards to the slopes and the garage parking made this a very convenient and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Issues with oven. once reported, it was fixed within 2 hours. No humidifiers. no not like the moose door handles in kitchen, they catch on things. toaster did not work right. Could not get DVD to play on TV...overly complicated, needs instructions for fixed.

Five (5) of us stayed at this apartment (including 2 kids and my mom), the apartment was very nice, however, we all felt a bit sick (altitude) while inside the apartment. We thought it might not have had enough ventilation, and we eventually needed to call one of the Breck doctors.

VERY CLEAN, NICLEY FURNISHED,WE ENJOYED THE PROPERTY AND THE AREA VERY MUCH.NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.

We spent 5 nights in this cozy 2-bedroom condo on the top floor of the building. Didn't realize how convenient it was until we found the 1st level exit that put us across the street and down a pathway - about a 100 yard walk - from the QuickSilver lift! It was also a short walk to some reasonable restaurants in town. We'd recommend this rental highly.

This property was in average condition. The TV needed replacing, but each bedroom was self-contained with refrigerator, tv and microwave which would make it ideal for unrelated guests to share a unit. The kitchen was WAY small. No way more than one person could be in it at a time and would be hard to cook anything other than fast food. Also, no dishwasher. The unit would have been quiet except for the hot tubs partiers right outside the unit. They quieted down early so I believe they must close it down at a reasonable hour. On the plus side, the unit was right on the plaza and an easy walk to the lifts, bars and restaurants. I would stay again for the right price!!
