One Breckenridge Place 12 - 3bd/3ba - Breckenridge Townhomes For Rent

My wife and I were joined by two other couples for a short weekend of skiing. This location was very close to the lifts and an easy walk to restaurants etc. The rental company was easily found and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The condo was nice and clean and a good value. The only criticisms that we had were: The third bedroom (2 twin beds) was very small. The living room would benefit from a stereo system. We did not use the hot tub so no comments there. Overall, we would consider staying there again.

The accommodations were perfect, we had the most wonderful stay! We couldn't have been more pleased!

We enjoyed unit 12 very much! it was exceptionally clean, with a well stocked kitchen and nicely decorated. Cozy living room with a great fireplace and plenty of fun games to entertain adults and children. The location is great! A quick walk into town or to the lifts.

Great accommodations and we would love to come back. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Wonderful location and great amenities. Only problem was that the office was closed when they said it would be open, but they apologized and explained. No inconvenience.

One Breck Place was a great location for our family. Walking distance to the lifts and downtown. The accomodations were great for us. The girls in the office at Great Western were super in helping us out when we needed anything!

We really enjoyed our trip to Breckenridge and One Breck 12. Everyone we dealt with at GWL and Elevation ski rental was friendly and efficient, making for a smooth, no hassles stay! I would recommend both Great Western Lodging and Elevation to future travelers. Our condo was clean, neat and well appointed. It was a perfect location for both skiers and shoppers, a short walk to the slopes (Quicksilver Superchair) or a short walk to the shops. For skiers, a trick we found at the end of the ski day when you're tired and don't want to trek the 175 yds to the condo. Ski to the Beaver Creek lift and catch the bus (Green route) to Lot F. Cross the street and you're home! Can also catch the bus to Beaver Creek in the morning if you want to make your way to Peak 8 quickly. The hot tub was a welcome friend at the end of the day as was the "auto fireplace".

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge. Lots of hiking, eating , drinking and games. Breckenridge 12 was a great location for the summer. Easy walk to town. Comfortable roomy place. Needs a grill and a way to refill the hot tub however. All in all a fun time.

Only 150 yards to the lift and 220 yards to the center section of Main Street. The accomidations were outstandinig. Bathrooms for each bedroom. And the hottub on the deck ROCKED !

this place was wonderful, clean and thoughtful. we have a glorious time at One Breck Place and will stay there again!

The reservations,(even though they were last minute), the check in and out all went very smoothly. We knew about One Breckenridge Place from previous visits. We were very pleased with this unit's location and furnishings. The only thing that we would suggest is a bigger, newer hot tub. We didn't see a place to BBQ, so a grill someplace would be nice. The bear foot stool was a hit, as well as the TV in the living room. It was great for showing pictures that we had taken on our hikes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. I was exactly what I had requested. We have 3 young children and it had ground floor access with a washer & dryer and a private hot tub on the balcony - so I could actually enjoy it. It was spacious and nicely decorated and so well equipped that we did not even need to use the waffle iron we brought with us. It was close enough to the main street to walk to all of the shops and resturants. We are looking to rebook again in the summer of 2009.

We had an enjoyable week at this rental property in Breckenridge. The layout was convenient for the 6 adults traveling together. The inside was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The proximity to the ski mountain and to the town were our main reasons for renting here and we were not disappointed. We could walk out of the ground floor of the condo, cross the street and were essentially at the base of the mountain. In the evening, it was an easy walk into town. I highly recommend this property for consideration to others.
