This three bedroom townhome is close to both the base area of Peak 9 and Main Street. The spacious open floorplan with vaulted ceilings in the living, dining and kitchen areas provide plenty of space for families. Each bedroom is furnished with a television as well. There is also complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the townhome. Private hot tub on the deck off of the living area. The unit has ample sleeping and dining arrangements for six guests, all set in a quiet environment away from the hustle & bustle of town. Guest parking consists of a heated one car garage and a spot for a second vehicle in front of the garage in the private driveway. Guests will also have access to the Upper Village pool and hot tub complex. This is a great choice for your next Colorado ski vacation.

    Spacious, ok location, needs attention to details

    Condo was spacious and serviceable but needed some attention to detail. Carpets were dirty, toaster broken, banister coming off the wall, dryer took three turns to dry clothes, heating was very uneven throughout condo and wood trimmed formica counters all banged up (need to replace with granite). For a short term stay, shampoo/conditioner should have been provided along with more than one load of laundry detergent. The best part of the condo was its proximty to downtown Breckenridge. But, unknown to us, this condo had roads on three sides. Hot tub was great, but deck could have used a grill.

The Operations Department has put in a new toaster and taken care of some carpet spots, but I will also let them know to check out the heating in the unit and that provided shampoo/conditioner is a request from our guests.

    A pleasant stay

    The condo was overall nice. Service was terrific. I wish there was a better coffee machine in the kitchen, also the curtains in the main room to the windows going to the hot tub were terribly chintzy. Forgot to let you know that the garage door automatic closing system does not work.

    A Great Place To Stay

    This was a great unit. Extremely clean, well appointed and comfortable. It is close to the downtown and the slopes (although we were there in the summer). The Great Western Lodging staff couldn't have been more helpful during booking, check in and checking on a couple of small items that needed attention. The only initial problem we had was that we only needed a two bedroom unit, but decided to go to One Breck and weren't disappointed at the choice. Everything was just as we had hoped - even the weather behaved.

    We stayed at #16 Jan. 3 - 8, 2013. The new owners have unpdated this unit, and the new mattresses are very comfortable. Great location to walk to the Quick Silver lift (we learned to take the short cut through the Chatueax's drive where it says no ski access - yeah right!!) You come out at the Maggie and Village Ski School!! And then convenient walk to Main Street - we learned it was an easier walk to go down S. Park Street past the F lot and cut through the parkinglot at the "convenience/liquor" store - you come out at the main light at Main St. and One Ski Hill. Easy walk!!! We also drove to Frisco to Tube, an easy drive, and then Good Times snowmobiling/dog sledding pick up is at Valdoro right next door. The hot tub was nice for the adventurous in our crew as it was -13 the first night we were there. Be sure and request the loaner grill - when we arrived Gwloding had the grill in the garage. We grilled every night and grabbed lunch out wherever we were. The garage fit a Suburban - I was pleasantly surprised. All in all a great trip and very friendly, helpful people (we are from the South, so used to this). Gwlodging helped with any concerns - shower downstairs has different kind of lever to turn on shower/ blinds in den can go up or down - operator error on our part!!) Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of blankets - Gas fireplace in the den was great. Flatscreen over the fireplace was easy for everyone to see for the bowlgames!! Hopefully we can come back next year - Oh and one more thing, we have a son with a form of autism, and the Boec and Good Times were Sooo helpful!!

    Fantastic ski trip

    Great Western was great to work with, as always. The condo was very nice, perfect location. Short walk to the bus stop for skiing, and short walk back in from the Quicksilver lift. The furnishings were great - high quality, well laid out. There were only 3 issues. We realized at night from outside, the Master Bedroom blinds are see-through. Also the dryer didn't dry. We notified GWL of these and hopefully will be corrected. There is a very nice remote system (Control 4 brand) for the flat screen TV and audio system - but I couldn't figure it out. (And I'm an electrical engineer with a recording studio...) but the manual controls still worked. Despite those issues - will likely ask for the same unit next time!

    We Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer!

    We really liked our stay at One Breckenridge Place. The condo was very comfortable. Luxury is the best word to describe the king size bed, the deep bath tub with jets, and the big shower head in the master made me feel like I was under a warm waterfall in some tropical land. No kidding! A well stocked kitchen was ready to meet the need of all the meals I had planned. On the other hand, if a person wanted to eat take out, there was a delivery service that could bring one a whole variety of different tastes right at one's door. Lauren at the front desk was always very helpful and patient too with anything we needed. I would recomend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a quality condo very close to the beautiful mountains.
