With its larger beds, it is also often requested by groups of couples. Other highlights include the private outdoor hot tub, gas grill on the deck, complimentary WiFi and garage parking. The Upper Village Pool area is adjacent to One Breckenridge Place and features an outdoor heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs.

    Perfect Breckenridge Ski Rental-Seven Minute Walk to Quicksilver

    We were a party of four and One Breckenridge Place #17 was perfect for us. It was very well furnished, very clean and (even though it is literally the furthest unit in OBP from the lifts) it was about a 7 minute walk to Quicksilver lift, which is the only lift that is walkable. We used Breckenridge's overnight ski valet for $10.00 per person so we wouldn't have to lug our skis back and forth to the townhouse...worth every penny! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The garage was big enough to handle our huge rental Tahoe XL. The booking process was smooth and easy. We've used Great Western Lodging before and had no problems then, either. One thing I'd suggest is not to use the ski rental shop that is right next door to their office. We did before, and it was fine but then you have to haul all your gear back downtown when you're finished skiing (I think they'll come pick it up, but then you're left waiting for them to stop by.) We used an outfit right at the base (there are tons of companies to pick from) and it was an easy walk across the street to drop off our skis when we were done. We asked for and received an early check in as we had just driven in from skiing at Vail. The office called us around noon and said the unit was ready. The price for OBP #17 was on the more expensive end of the scale, but as they say: you get what you pay for. Oh, the WiFi was free, but was slow as molasses. The office said that was typical of internet speeds in Breckenridge.

    We had a fantastic week at #17. The place suited our party (3 couples) perfectly and the hot tub was a welcome place at the end of a hard day of snowboarding. Pick up and drop off of the keys at the main office of GWL was easy and the staff friendly and informative. An excellent location - a 5 minute walk to the lifts and the main street. If we return with a party of 6, we'll be staying at #17 again!

    The unit was furnished beautifully. They even had books and puzzles for little ones!! We were very pleased with our stay. The Great Western Lodging staff was very accommodating to our ever changing plans. We really enjoyed ourselves. The condo is a short walk to the lift and childcare. Very convenient.

    Enjoyed our stay in #17. Spent Thanksgiving week with family. Kitchen was equipped with high in items, beautifully decorated and well maintained. Love the location being a end unit and long driveway. Have stayed in many One Breck Place units and this is the best, will be back.

    Condo was a great place to stay for 3 families. Plenty of room, great hot tub, kitchen well-appointed. Would definitely recommend it.

    We stayed at One Breckenridge Place, #17 the week of Thanksgiving. It was everything we expected and more! The office staff were friendly and helpful, the condo was beautifully furnished and spotless, and when we had a problem with the garage door, the maintenance staff provided exceptional service. We were just a few blocks from downtown, and close to Peak 9, a perfect location as the teens could walk to everything. We will definitely be back!
