One Breckenridge Place 21 - 3bd/3ba - Breckenridge CO Townhome Rental

U couldn't ask for a more beautiful and relaxing splace to stay. From the open floor plan, everything you could need In a kitchen. Comfortable beds, hot tub, heated bathrooms, beautiful view in the master bedroom. Washer n dryer. Garage. It was being at home but way better.

This was our second time staying in Unit 21 at One Breck Place. The unit is light and airy and the living, kitchen and dining areas are combined and generous in size. The unit and some of the furnishings are showing the affects of rental wear and tear - nothing that spoiled our fun, but the wear is evident and it did not look like anything had been done to freshen things since our first stay there 2 years ago. The downstairs accomodations are more cramped - but we were only in those rooms for sleeping. It would be nice if they had some sort of stereo system that you could plug an I-Pod into, and the toaster needs to be replaced in the kitchen. The location is geat for skiing as it is convenient to the base of Peak 9. We really enjoy downtown Breck and the location of this unit being only a 2 minute walk away is great. Overall, we had a good stay.

We loved the condo,it was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom.My grandsons were so exceited about the bunk beds.The hot tub right on the deck was awesome!

plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 small children. location was within walking distance of peak 9 and to town. Very nice, clean have absolutely nothing negative at all!!

We spent a long weekend skiing with 3 adults children, our daughter in law and our teenager. We had plenty of room and a comfortable setting. The hot tub was terrific. Would come back.

A great location for skiing and shopping/dining. The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The downstairs bedrooms might need space heaters as they never warmed up regardless of how high the heat was set. Mid-week cleaning and linen change would also be desirable.

The accomodations at the One Breck Place # 21 unit suited our needs perfectly. The living areas were nicely furnished and accomodated our group of 8 for lounging and dining after a busy day of skiing. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a dedicated bath. The third bedroom with bunk beds and a double bed was great for loading the kids in one room. The kitchen included good cooking essentials for a few nights of dining in. Overall the location cannot be beat - a short one block walk to Main Street and the Peak 9 lifts both. The only complaint I had was the outdoor temperatures were very cold during our visit ( single digits at night) and it was hard to regulate the indoor climate - either too cold or too hot - especially at night in the lower level bedrooms. Other than that - the unit was a great place to spend a vacation.

We stayed for my 30th bithday and it was wonderful! The townhouse was very spacious, comfortable and well decorated. Great Western Lodge staff was extremely helpful and responsive. Our one complaint was that the downstairs was too cold (we are from SC) and the staff brought over 3 space heaters within 30 minutes. Great service! Great location and right aross the street from a shuttle stop. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I highly recommend this unit and Great Western Lodging service.

This townhome was very large and beautiful. If you have a large family I would highly recomend staying there. Very close to slopes and stores. I will definitely stay there again

House was beautiful. Very clean. Checkout a bit early though.
