Vacation Rental Summary
Very well decorated/stocked home convenient to the slopes. We walked by cutting through to ski school area. It was great to be able to walk into town. Living space is a litttle tighter than we thought it would be, but overall fine for the 5 of us. Hot tub was not functioning properly.

This is my 4th or 5th time to stay at One Breck through GWL. Easy walk to the base of Peak 9 and downtown, and the kids enjoy the community pool. This is a well maintained and equipped unit, with better than average cooking utensils. We had a minor issue with a toilet, and GWL had someone there within a few hours (GWL has similarly responded quickly in the past).
Everything was good, convenience was great and roomie. Hot tub was broke the first night, but had someone out there quick to fix it, good service. Always a customer with Great Western.
We stayed here with my 2 young children, my brother, his teenage son and my parents. It was very comfortable with all of us, we never felt crowded. The condo location was great, we could have easily walked to the slopes (we drove so that we wouldn't have to carry the kid's skis as well as our own) and walking to downtown was also easy. Great place! Would definitely stay here again!
Comfortable, well furnished, close to town and lifts. Room in the heated garage to change into/out of ski boots.
We received a week at this property as a gift from my sister. The property was awesome. We had all the dishes we needed to cook basically everything, and the local City Market had many of the organic food items we typically would cook at home. The walk to the main street in Breckenridge was very close to the property, so we had no trouble walking into town with our kids who were then almost 2 years old and 5 years old. There were some special programs at the ampitheatre in town -- the Colorado Raptor Program did a demonstration -- and we enjoyed that immensely. After all our fun shopping and walking around in town, we could come back to the luxurious rental property, which had room for the four of us, my parents, and yet another two people. The adults enjoyed the hot tub in the cool spring evenings!
