One Breckenridge Place 25 - 3bd/3ba - Townhome Rental Breckenridge CO

I have to say this was a beautiful condo and very clean. Everything you see in the pictures is true. The view of the mountain from the rear deck was incredible. All the rooms were very clean. I could only think of positive things about our stay at the condo. I would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in Breckenridge.

Did some research and this was great value for a great location. Walking distance to lifts and town. Great space, decoration, kitchen and comfort. In today's age could use a better, bigger tv, blu ray player and some more spoons! No matter, a great place to stay.

Good furnishings, hot tub was kept hot for our arrival, ample space for a family of six, sufficient tools in the kitchen to cook meals, lodging company was clear what we would need to bring. We liked the game table separate from the bar seating and the kitchen table.

Condo is in the perfect location and we loved having our own hot tub.

we found the location great. We used the hot tub on the deck every day. We were close to other ski hills. Close to shopping too.. a short drive. We found the windows very drafty,,Try not to sleep close to them. Great for meals in,, and also close walking distance to restaurants.

Our family arrived in Breckenridge on Christmas Day, a little early for the normal check-in time. We were very pleased to learn that our unit was ready for occupancy! We drove the short distance from Great Western Lodging's office to One Breckenridge Place and pulled in to the recently shoveled driveway and warm garage. After that day, we rarely used our car because everything was within walking distance. The kids could walk across Village Way to take their ski lessons and hop on the ski lift and the Moms could walk one block and be on Main Street for shopping, a Starbucks coffee or a Beaver Tail. The Dads sat by the fire in the graciously appointed living room and watched their play-off games on T.V. Everyone was also very happy with the wireless internet which allowed us to use our laptops from anywhere in the home. The view from the kitchen and living room is amazing! You can look out the huge picture window at the snowy mountain peaks. It was great that each bedroom had their own television and bathroom, so we had plenty of room getting ready each morning and evening and never ran out of hot water. The kitchen had everything required for our cooking needs. We are already talking about going back next Christmas and maybe staying a little longer, so we have more time to experience everything Breckenridge has to offer. It can be nerve racking to rent a place over the internet, but this rental lived up to our expectations. We were not disappointed at all about anything concerning the unit or the management company. I would highly recommend One Breckenridge Place to everyone.

This was our first time in breck. The place was nice and clean. We rented both unit 25 and 26 and although the decor was different, they were both nice. The location was great. Our only complaint which can be a big deal for some is that the hot water heater had a limited capacity. After one medium length shower, it was out of hot water! We learned to really shortened out showers!
