We had a wonderful stay in Breckenridge and One Breck Place #27 was a big part of it. We were two families of four and the arrangement worked great for us. The open kitchen area made for a great apre ski snack area and the hot tub on the balcony was a hit! The unit was clean and well supplied with kitchen items - dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, and glasses. The stove/oven took a bit of time to figure out but once we had it working, we were able to enjoy meals at the condo. Also there was an issue with the hot tub and the management company was quick to respond. All-in-all a wonderful place to stay while in Breck and very convenient to Peak 9.
