There is also free access to the Upper Village outdoor heated pool and hot tub complex, just 100 yards from the property.

    My family stayed five nights at One Breckenridge Place #5 and all thought it very nice and a desirable place to stay. You aren't living in the lap of luxury, but it is One Nice Place to stay. First, the location is excellent, within true walking distance of the base facilities at Peak 9 (especially when you find the short cut through the buildings). Going the other way, the Lot F bus stop is right across the street. This location is also within walking distance to all of downtown. It was nicely furnished. Three bedrooms, each with it's own bath, are great for families or three couples. There is a pull-out sofa bed, if that works for you. The master bedroom is large and comfortable with large windows looking out toward the mountains. The front windows have a nice view of the town. However, be aware, the two downstairs bedrooms are kind of on the small side. There are no negatives to speak of, but a few other comments and descriptions may be of interest. The townhouse was clean and ready for use when we arrived. There are satellite TVs located in the living area and master bedroom. Our Chevy Suburban barely fit in the garage; smaller vehicles will have no problem. There are adequate, for most people, cooking utensils available. Plenty of dishes and glasses are furnished. It is equipped with a drip (Mr. Coffee style) coffee maker and toaster suitable for bagels. The heated pool is a short walk away, but an outside walk never-the-less. This was my second time staying at a Great Western lodging and just like last time, talking with and dealing with the Great Western office personnel was straight forward and they did everything they said they would in a timely manner. In my experience, I'd say this is a cut above the average ski town condo, especially considering the location. When we go back to Breck, we'll certainly give strong consideration to staying here again.

    Great times on the mountain

    We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the mountain. The condo was clean and bright. The location was terrific for getting to the lift, with only a ~200-yard walk across the street to the lift/base. The community pool, with three hot tubs, was in our backyard (well, actually, the backyard of number 29, but nearby to be sure). The liquor store and starbucks were both within walking distance, the grocery store only a two-minute drive. Elevation Ski Rental delivered and picked up our ski equipment. We capped off our Presidents' Day weekend with terrific cocktails and dinner at Kenosha Steakhouse (also walking distance-two blocks from Park straight across to Main). All-in-all, as near to perfect as you could get without valet straight from the airport. Thanks for a great setup for a highly memorable vacation.

    This was our fourth time staying at One Breckenridge Place. Previous the units have been well equipped with nice TVs, fully stocked kitchens, remote controls in each bedroom, modern baths, and decorate pretty decently inside. This unit was bust. Facet handles were broken, or fallen off, old school TVs, in our bedroom there was no remote control. The coffee pot was broken and the decor was totally outdated. We had wanted a unit with a hot tub, but they were all taken. they told us it would not be a problem because there was a newly renovated community pool and hot tub that were in the complex. The pool and hot tub were not finished when we arrive, nor did they open the entire week we were there. When I told the manager how disappointed we were, he said the pool and hot tub that he personally had promised us were, out of his control. He offered to help us out the next time we stay there, which I am not sure will happen.
