Vacation Rental Summary
The whole unit is very out dated, decor, rugs, furniture, Bedding is from 7 to 8 years ago when we stayed there. There is not a comfortable pillow in the place. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom has an 1 inch thick of dust built up on the blades. Even the thermostat is broken b/c there is a note that says not to open it (probably because it will fall apart) If your going to continue to charge the top dollar for the unit you should -- this is why I complain about the out date of the unit...

I have shared your review with the owner let them know about the unit being outdated and in need of a refurbishment, as well as housekeeping concerning the fan. We had a great trip. The townhouse was big enough for 6 adults, close to the slopes and the town, and well equipped. It was a pretty, comfortable place to hang out. We enjoyed having our own hot tub, too! When we arrived, we called the management company about a problem with our sliding glass door. They came to fix it immediately. Because they needed a part, it was a temporary fix, but then they came again the next morning. Great service!
Our family wanted to get away for a long weekend to celebrate my 60th Birthday and One Breckenridge Place #6 was the place. It was perfect for our extended family. The three separate bedrooms with their own baths gave everyone a space of their own. The washer/dryer came in handy and the location is perfect for taking a stroll to downtown Breck or hitting the trails. Loved it and can't wait to come back!
This condo was one of the best we have stayed in. It had its own private hot tob as well as access to a large outdoor heated swimming pool with additional hot tubs. The interior of the condo was very well appointed with upscale furnishings. The three bedrooms each had their own private full bath rooms. There was a private interior garage with condo access for parking which will be very useful in the winter. Great Western's Management services were excellent with very easy check-in and departure.
We've stayed in Breck many times, and this is probably our favorite place. Great location for skiing, close to base of 9 and also 4 O'Clock run; easy walk to town for restaurants and shops. The decor was perfect with a Western theme. Very nice kitchen with pretty much everything we needed. It was nice having a heated garage to leave our ski gear in -- easy in-out without marching into the condo (which also keeps the condo in nicer shape!) Our only 2 complaints were the bedroom lighting -- 2 of the bedrooms had overhead lights that didn't work right, so it was hard to see; and the small hot tub that only seats 2 -- but we just went 2 at a time. Would definitely stay here again!

I've stayed at several condos in Breckenridge, and One Breck Place is one of my absolute favorites, in any season, when you have a larger group. The unit is fantastic - centrally located, walk to town or to the Quicksilver base, or a convenient bus ride to any other base area or even any other mountain in the county. To get home, we usually skied down 4 o'clock "to town" and walked 2 blocks down Park ave to get back to the unit. Really love the unit itself - well appointed kitchen with everything you need (martini shaker even!), super comfortable furniture, roomy garage, full laundry and plenty of space. Extra kudos to GWL - all the in-unit instructions were up-to-date and that made operating things (TV, stereo, hot tub, internet etc.) a snap. Well done! Only two beefs: the deck is not routinely shoveled and by Spring, it was not usable due to frozen drifts. The other thing is that for such a large unit (sleeps 8+ i think), the hot tub is really quite small - a two-seater (but is great for just two!).
This is my fourth time staying here...feels just like being at home. If my girlfriend had her way, we would being staying here all year long. With a hot tub 5ft away from the fireplace, do I really need to say anything more??? Jc and Janine

Great condo with a super floor plan...just right for 3 couples. Convenient to downtown and bike trail heads. The only negative was the traffic noise, both from the great room and especially the deck. Would have been nice to BBQ, but we managed. Overall, the condo was nice for our needs and Great Western was awesome!
The accommodations were excellent. Exactly the right configuration for a grandparent with family and four little girls. Clean, comfortable, well appointed, easy walk to town. This is our fourth stay at One Breck--three in the summer and one in the winter.
We loved this place. It is very well kept. It had every amenity, including nice TV's in every bedroom. The location is perfect, a 5 min walk to Main Street. It will definitely be our first choice for future trips to Breck.
Large, comfortable. Great kitchen and family/great room area. Everything was up-to-date and clean. TVs in all bedrooms. Master bedroom was large and comfortable. Our unit had a nice view of downtown and a wonderful hot tub on the deck. We walked to the moutain, walked home for lunch then walked back for some more afternoon skiing--very close. Our family of 4 stayed with another family of 3 and still had plenty of privacy. We would definitely stay there again.
