The home was very beautiful, clean, and right in the middle of all the activity in Breckenridge. Covered parking, even for our suburban! This property is vertually across the street from the Village property/Quick silver lift, and one block from every restaurant and bar in town! It is very easy to get up the mountain with no shuttles or distance at all. We had two adults and a 10 year old boy. The place is on the small side as it was a bit tight for us. At the end of the day it was beautiful and I would stay again. Park Place is a beautiful condo building.

Directly across the street from Peak 9! So convenient. Nice, clean, easy access to main street. We did not need a car at all. Will return!

The apartment was very comfortable, nicely furnished & a well equipped kitchen. It was very close to the lifts which was ideal. It needs an update with its Tv's (still has the old fat backs).

Great Western Lodging did a nice job as always. We liked the unit, it was very comfortable and in good condition. The location is great, in town and right across the street from the Maggie. Needs update of TV to widescreen. Also shampoo, conditioner, and lotion should be provided. Had a great time and already looking forward to next year.

Lodging was great! Couldn't have been in a better spot to walk to lift, out to dinner or drinks, morning coffee or shopping. The condo was comfy, the fire was easy and so nice to turn on and plop down after a full day. Hot tub was usually available, so that was great because we were worried about sharing a tub that it might always be full. The only negative is that we like to cook and the kitchen was pretty poorly stocked, not even decent knives or a big saucepan or pot.

Park avenue Lofts are perfect . . . across the street from the slopes, and right in downtown Breckenridge. Restaurants and shops are steps away. Underground parking, too.

I have stayed in this unit twice and the building 3 times. It is one of the best locations in town. you can park your car in the below ground reserved parking and not use your car the entire stay. This place has it all: Very clean (I travel for work and am very picky) ski rental in the building (below this unit) 1 block to Main St walk to the slope and be on the lift in less than 5 min. Next to transit station (go to other peaks/lifts, keystone and more..Free) Only con is during spring break the bar across the street lets out 1-2am and can be noisy if your window is open. Gw lodging is great to deal with. Very Professional, Highly recommend!! I will be back next year!

Everything was great except for some reason both years the room was incredibly hot. not warm...hot. And despite the fact we had the thermostats turned all the way to cold we stay had to leave the windows open to keep it cool enough and that was a problem at night because it was so noisy outside with people walking by and particuarly the loud snow trucks etc so we will probably have to find a different place next year but this location was great and room very nice and spacious.

We had a good experience, and would have stayed longer if the room was available. Would like to come back again. Also, the contract cleaning staff was very considerate, and drove us to our other condo when our stay was finished instead of getting a taxi.

Location is convenient. Well positioned with respect to Rentals, Lift, and Main Street. Room is appropriately sized (not too small). Rooms are clean and accomodating. The facility is well cared for. This is my second year here.

Staying in PA Lofts for one whole week was me and my husband for our long awaited honeymoon, coming from Miami, Fl.. I searched and searched for the "perfect place" and found it at PA Lofts. Our room was GREAT, with a GREAT view and decor (very new with a Colorado touch). Every morning I could look across the street and see if it was busy.. Nicely insulated room, as we were never cold. Fireplace was great. The location was AMAZING, as we did not rent a car. Easily located next to the ski slopes, village, restaurants, grocery store, and shuttles. One problem was our jacuzzi tub. Everytime we turned it on, the tub filled with little black pieces of something. We had the maintance guy come twice and after it still was not fixed, we gave up because we were so busy throughout the days. It wouldve been great to come back to the room after a long day of skiing to a jacuzzi tub but oh well. We still had a great stay, without the relaxation afterward. Aside from the tub issue, our overall experience was great. Will definitely book this exact room again next time to Breck, however, first making sure the tub is nice and clean..

We stayed in Park Avenue Loft #201. With no AC and being in June we wanted to have the windows open. This condo is on the end of the building facing Park Avenue which is a very busy street. It was extremely noisy day and night. It would not be an issue in the winter with the windows closed. Otherwise, the condo was great with nice accommodations and a great location.

My two sons and I stayed in the Park Avenue Lofts - Unit 201 during a guys only Spring Break ski trip. I had looked for a location that would allow us to go back and forth to our condo without being too far from the lifts. We really enjoyed our stay. The location of this property can't be beat! It is steps away from everything you need while skiing. It's location on the street makes for a little noise during the night, but we were never very disturbed by this and we slept with the windows opened most nights as it was rather warm in mid-March. The kitchen was great, the bathroom was spacious and the size of the unit was just right for our needs. The on-site ski storage was helpful and the enclosed parking was great. We rented the unit through Great Western Lodging and found their service to be excellent. The pre-trip information was very complete and the information we received at check-in was most helpful. We would rent this unit using this company again without hesitation...maybe on a trip Mom gets to come on next time!

Everything was great from check-in to check-out. Started with a late check-in which was well explained and easy to do. The room was great. Right next to the slopes and the ski school that I took part in. Even the hot tub was great! Will definitely try to stay there again the next time I make it to Breckenridge.

Park City Lofts was a great spot for a Breckinridge ski weekend. Convenience was the name of the game -- a short walk across the street to the lift, a rental shop two doors down and a great selection of restaurants and shopping within a few block radius. Parking garage and ski lockers also made the process easy. The unit itself was comfortable and well stocked. We were a little bothered by neighborhood noise on Saturday night, but that was a logical result of being in such a central location. Great Western Lodging was helpful and provided lots of great information. Will definitely use them again and likely return to Park City Lofts as well.

I discovered this gem through TripAdvisor.com. It was the #1 rated property in Breckenridge. And it totally lived up to that. Very spacious. Even though it was only my wife and me, we enjoyed having the bedroom and living room. It was a short 5 minute walk to Peak 9 lifts. And a short walk to Main St and all the shops and restaurants. Plus covered parking was nice. But we never used our car the whole 4 nights we spent there. And they had lockers for your ski equipment. If I ever come back to Breckenridge, I would definitely stay here.
