    Overall really nice, a couple of issues with this unit

    Overall we love staying here. Nice setup, well located, good view from hottub. The only issue we have with this unit was that it had a mountain view... which was great, except that it also overlooked a parking lot (loud partying until 3 am, which is tough when you want to sleep with windows open in the summer)and the light from the front of the building glowed into this unit all night as well, so it was like sleeping under a street light. Would definitely go back to the other side of the building (which we stayed in last time we were here). Also, the internet worked for my husband's Kindle Fire, but would not work with my iPad.

    Rented Lofts #204. Unit was very clean and well equipped. It is very convenient to the base of the mountain. Fyi, no shampoo, as with other rentals, in the unit though soap is provided. Mattress on the bed is very firm. The sofa fold out is extremely uncomfortable - will not fold out flat and the mattress is thinnest we have ever seen on fold out..

    I have wonderful news - the owners just replaced the sleeper sofa with a brand new sofa! We are very excited about this upgrade to the unit!

    The lack of shampoo as you noted is still being investigated by the company now and we hope to have these items provided in the future for all our guests!

    My Family Ski Vacation

    It is avery nice place and very confortable, nice and well equiped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 tv's, WIFI, close to stores, restaurants and Ski lift. All questions and issues about unit operation were solved immediately. Thanks for all your help

    Negatives: Toilet overflowed; what a mess. Key card opening garage door was a fairly constant problem. Management should do something about it. Positives: Within a couple of hours plumber was on the job, corrected the problem and did an incredible job of cleaning the mess up. GOOD SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT! Proximity to lifts is terrific. Right downtown where everything is within walking distance. Supermarket is short drive from resort. No night noise. (A review on this site before we left warned about the terrible night noise. Brought ear plugs but never had to use them. All in all, had a great time in a agreat town in a great resort.

    Great family rental. Nice, new and close to lifts and town. Love having washer/dryer in the room. Hot tub is OK.
