With the private deck guests also have a spectacular view of the Breckenridge Ski Resort, and the Blue River flowing along the Riverwalk into downtown Breckenridge.     Nicely appointed unit in great location


    We had two couples here for 5 nights and had wonderful stay. Well decorated and fully stocked unit. A little tight on space so if you have 4 of more guests and plan on hanging out in the unit versus spending your time on the slopes or on the town, you will be a little cramped but otherwise wonderful condo! Great views and quiet spot. Also very clean. Location is super convenient to town and slopes.

    Better than the pictures


    The apartment is beautiful, clean and very well kept. We had no problems during the 4 days we stay over, I contact the office to request a new humidifier and within hours they nock on the door delivering the new ones. I will definitely recommend it to anyone and will stay there again. The condo is in a great location just across the street from peak 9 which has easy to medium trails and less than a block away from the main street where all the bars and restaurants are.

    Great Place -- Perfect Location


    Our family of four stayed at this condo over New Year's. It was clean and elegant. Check-in at the management company was simple. The views from the condo's windows are stunning. I've never stayed at a condo with so many windows and beautiful views. What helps most is the location, with a ski rental place in the building itself (inexpensive ski rentals!) and the base of the Peak 9 lift operations just across the street, only a 2-minute walk in ski boots from the condo entrance. And all of Main Street Breckenridge starts just a block away. What convenience! Several days we walked back to the condo for a quick lunch after a morning of skiing, then headed out to the slopes again -- perfect for families with varying levels of interest in skiing all day. Our two teen boys loved the wireless connectivity.



    We have been using Great Western Lodging for many years and they have always been wonderful to deal with, I can't imagine using any other service. We have also been staying at Park ave Lofts for years. The location is perfect, across the street from the Village and less than a block to Main Street. Some of the units can update the furniture and put bigger screen Tvs' in the living area but those little issues won't keep me from staying at Park ave.

    Very Comfortable Unit


    The place was more than 75 yards to the lift, but that's a small complaint. Very pretty views of the mountain, close to town and the lift, heated indoor parking.

    Weekend vacation


    We had a great stay. The condo was up to date and the location was fantastic. Jed, the overseer, of the building was very helpful. The folks at the ski shop downstairs met all of our needs. We will be back, Lord willing.

    We had a wonderful time staying at Park Avenue Lofts. It was so close to restaurants, shopping and the slopes. The parking garage was a nice feature. We will definitely stay here again.

    These condos are great. Perfect location. We could walk to several restaurants and stores but the best part was walking to the slopes. We could come back for lunch. Enjoyed the hot tub and the open feel and decor of the condo.

    We recently visited Breckenridge for the Octoberfest and stayed at the Park Avenue Lofts. The unit we stayed in was well decorated with higher end furnishings, comfortable and was walking distance to everything. Our unit also provided both mountain and town views. It was a great place to stay and we will definitely try to book there again next trip.
