Vacation Rental Summary
We have been using Great Western Lodging for many years and they have always been wonderful to deal with, I can't imagine using any other service. We have also been staying at Park ave Lofts for years. The location is perfect, across the street from the Village and less than a block to Main Street. Some of the units can update the furniture and put bigger screen Tvs' in the living area but those little issues won't keep me from staying at Park ave.

Great Western Lodging
The place was more than 75 yards to the lift, but that's a small complaint. Very pretty views of the mountain, close to town and the lift, heated indoor parking.
We had a great stay. The condo was up to date and the location was fantastic. Jed, the overseer, of the building was very helpful. The folks at the ski shop downstairs met all of our needs. We will be back, Lord willing.

We had a wonderful time staying at Park Avenue Lofts. It was so close to restaurants, shopping and the slopes. The parking garage was a nice feature. We will definitely stay here again.
These condos are great. Perfect location. We could walk to several restaurants and stores but the best part was walking to the slopes. We could come back for lunch. Enjoyed the hot tub and the open feel and decor of the condo.
We recently visited Breckenridge for the Octoberfest and stayed at the Park Avenue Lofts. The unit we stayed in was well decorated with higher end furnishings, comfortable and was walking distance to everything. Our unit also provided both mountain and town views. It was a great place to stay and we will definitely try to book there again next trip.
