This two bedroom corner unit is our largest unit in the entire building, featuring 1288 square feet of living area. The floor plan offers tiled flooring, a cozy two-sided gas fireplace in the living area & master bedroom, nice dining area, and a mountain view from the balcony. The property provides a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and stays cozy with the fireplace. Other property features include a washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances and one underground parking space. The building also offers a common-area outdoor hot tub, fitness room, free ski concierge service and a lobby with a fireplace and couches. All of the attractions of Main Street are just a short 1/2 block walk, and the Quicksilver Chairlift and the base of Peak 9 are right across the street.

Vacation Rental Summary
Because our daughters live in Breckenridge, we are frequent visitors and love to stay right in the heart of town. The Lofts are right in the middle of everything. They are very spacious, clean and have all the amenities needed for a comfortable fun stay. The staff are helpful and friendly. And parking is under the condo building.
The condo was perfect with only 2 hiccups, the shade in the double room was laying on the bed I just put it up against the window and the traffic noise from the 210 condo, it was at the end of the building by the Main Street otherwise we can't wait to come back next year.

I will follow up with you on the noise, as we want to make sure that your return visit is a quieter experience, but still in the great location of Park Avenue Lofts. I will also be following up with our maintenance department on the shade in the second bedroom, as those were scheduled to be fixed prior to your arrival, however it sounds like they were not. Almost to good to be true! I couldn't get over how perfect this property was for a ski vacation. First class, all around.
Park avenue Lofts is a top of the line building with underground parking and an elevator that makes for easy in and out. The location is right across the street from the lift and about one block to downtown Breck. Unit 210 is our favorite because of the open layout and the huge bedrooms. We particularly liked the comfortable furnishings and the well outfitted kitchen. The balcony gives a great view out over the ski slopes. Great Western Lodging was easy to work with and Jeb, the onsite manager, was helpful with any questions we had. The ski locker was large and useful.
We enjoy Breckenridge, particularly the Park avenue Lofts because of its close proximity to the music tent and downtown.We have stayed in #210 previously and it is our favorite condo. The only detriment is the street noise but that is the price for the location. Management staff is very customer service oriented, responsive and helpful. We particularly appreciated getting to check in a few hours early. Security is good, the underground parking is wonderful and we appreciate our guests being able to enjoy the underground parking if space is available. Gw Lodging is the best managed company in Breckenridge in our opinion and we recommend it to our friends. We would not consider using another rental agency. Thanks for being so responsie. You do a wonderful job.
Enjoyed our stay. Was just what we were looking for, right in town, close to dinning, shops and Quicksilver lift. Condo was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Underground parking and ski lockers were a plus.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Park avenue Lofts. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved that it was convenient to both the skiing and town. The lift was just across the steet, and we were half a block off of Main Street. I would definitely stay here again!
We couldn't have asked for a better unit. The kitchen and bathrooms were great, the furnishings were nice and the location was terrific. We would stay there again without hesitation.
We enjoyed our vacation in Breckenridge very much. The Condominium was gorgeous. Clean, Nicely furnished and spacious. With views to the Mountain. We loved that it was within walking distance to everything. What a Wonderful place Breckenridge is. Would love to come back in the Summer. Miss the friendly people and the Beaver Tails! LOL Just be careful if you ship your Ski's.
While the property was great, a man (who said he was the handyman) insisted he come into the rental and did not identify himself as working for the company. He was rude, insisting, and demanding. I felt very uncomfortable after our confrontation and did not feel safe staying there. I called the rental office and the employee I talked with did not know of any handyman that was supposed to come to my room and said I was smart not to let him in. Later, another employee told me he was the handyman and apologized for him not identifying himself. I was uncomfortable with the rest of my stay there.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Park Avenue lofts. Our rental was very clean, all appliances were in good condition, and the location was perfect for skiing, shopping and dining out. We were close enough to the slopes to opt for lunch in the room if we wanted, or hang out at the Maggie. And when we had a ski issue, there was a shop directly downstairs that took care of us.
Condo was tastefully and comfortably furnished, and very clean. Washer and dryer in the unit was a godsend! The balcony overlooks Park Avenue and the Ski Lift and so it was great to go out there and take in the mountain view, watch the people heading off to ski, etc. Free ski storage is great, so you don't have all your equipment cluttering up the room, and it's just a short walk to the lift. If you want to experience mountain living, this is the place. Wish it were mine!
