Our unit was clean, well equipped with supplies that we would need & the lobby, entrance areas were very inviting. We love the location being so close to downtown and the Quiksilver lift. We love the hot tub & someone would come up and shovel the snow around the tub.

This building is in the center of it all but still felt tucked away. In fact, the shuttle driver had a hard time finding it when we arrived in town after the sun had set. We enjoyed our private hot tub almost every night-it was perfect for our aching legs after sking. There is an in-lobby computer and printer which is handy for printing boarding passes. The on-site maintenance super was very helpful. He overheard us discussing our broken ski goggles and offered us a spare pair. He also supplied more paper for the printer when needed. The locker storage was great for our equipment and if we had rented a car the garage spot would have been super! We walked everywhere but the free bus system seemed very convenient too. The only place we didn't want to have to walk to is down to Great Western Lodging building on our last day just to turn in the storage locker key. Would like them to improve that process-it's inconvenient for those who don't rent cars. The food was great and included must dos: Hearthstone, MiCasa, La Francaise bakery, and Eric's Downstairs (pizza). We Snowmobiled through Goodtimes adventures, skied, and went sledding at Carver's Park...a perfect week for our family of 4!
Dear Monica –
Thank you for your review! We always like to hear from our guests and we have noted the information about your departure.
We have now implemented a policy where guests can leave their keys with the shuttle drivers or in the units when they depart. This has made departures much smoother for guests on shuttles.
Thank you again for the information on Park Avenue Lofts #302 and please let me know if there is anything I can assist with for your next trip to Breckenridge! We look forward to your return stay!
Sincerely,

It's our second year in a row in this unit. It's a great little condo with a nice view. The hot tub is nice as well. Great Western has been great to work with so far.

The Park avenue Lofts #302 has the most wonderful view. We really enjoyed our stay and the location in downtown is perfect, if that is what you want. Street noise a little more than we thought, but would choose it again because of the location. Thank you Great Western for workiing with us to find the perfect place. You are much appreciated.. My only suggestion would be to put a new sofa/chair in there, it is time to retire that living rm set. Very difficult to get out of them.

It was easy to walk to the lift across the street. It was right next to town so you could walk to Dinner every night. We hardly took our car out of the heated garage. The ski lockers were nice to have but were a bit inconvenient being in the garage area. The condo is outdated a bit. Would have been nice to have Flat panel HD Tv's especially during March Madness. They did have wireless internet which was good. The hot tub is a bit old and could probaly use a upgrade.

We have rented at this particular complex twice before and this was by far the most poorly equipped condo we have had, at this location or any other we can recall. The kitchen was poorly outfitted. There were just 2 tall water glasses for 4 people, the knives could barely cut, no containers to put leftovers in--I could go on and on. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable, like sitting on springs with no cushions. The toilet in bath 1 ran every time we flushed, had to remove the tank lid and adjust the flapper. The Gfci outlet in master bath didn't work at all. The chilled water in the frig seemed to be hooked up to the hot water line. The heat system was insufficient. We were so cold at night we could barely sleep. The maintenance guy did what he could but that wasn't much. This unit needs some basic maintenance things done, then needs to be better equipped. Spend $1k or so, buy some better furniture and glasses/knives/pots to bring it up to standards. The unit is not worth the price and is not worthy of the other units at Park ave. or the other units you represent. It should be taken off the rental market until upgrades can be done. We love the location of Park ave. and have liked the previous units we have rented but will not rent there again since there is such a huge variance in quality of the units there. The people at Great Western were very accomodating at check in, let us check in early which really helped us get organized. Too bad the unit was so crappy.
Dear Ram22 from Texas –
Thank you for your review of Park Avenue Lofts #302! We always like to hear from our guests and we have forwarded your review to the owner, as well as made sure that the unit has been fully restocked. The Maintenance department has also been informed of what needs to be addressed immediately for all our future guests, heat is definitely very important to have here in Breckenridge.

Felt like we were in the heart of it all. Close proximity to lifts and within a block from sushi, burgers, Cecilia's, etc. LOVED the private hot tub and views. Comfortably slept 5-6. Highly recommend this unit.

The check in was nice and polite even though the place wasn't ready, they had it ready within an hour for us though. Laura is sweet! Location was great, for it really was a short walk to where we wanted to be during the day. The amenities were "ok". The hot tub wouldn't get any hotter than 100 for us and it doesn't feel warm when it's 13 degrees outside, but good enough for a 10 minute soak after being on the hill all day. I liked the location being nice and clean and close to where we wanted to be, I also thought the underground parking and ski locker was an added bonus to keep the car out of the storm and not having to drag our equipment up to the loft. The only issues I had were: - the fireplace didn't work correctly with the switch on the wall, it required us to light and re-light the pilot each time we wanted a fire. - my biggest complaint was the actual beds...the downstairs were pushed together to try and make one bed for a couple. The upstairs queen bed was the so uncomfortable I preferred sleeping on a couch. The mattress was hard and the pillows were flat so a good night's sleep wasn't really achieved.

This was my first time to go to Breckenridge and I have to say Park Avenue Lofts was a great condo! We had a group of people with us and everyone loved where we were located. It was an easy 150 yard walk to the ski lift and we were within walking distance to downtown. The condo was really modern with stainless steel appliances, and we had our own private hot tub which was a real treat! I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay at Park Avenue Lofts, it was a great experience!

This is the third year we've stayed at Park Ave. lofts. Our daughter is a Vail Resorts employee and she recommended it. The unit is roomy and comfortable. All the appliances worked well, were clean. The unit has everything we needed...extra blankets, humidifier, hot tub for after skiing, TV's and best of all is easily accessable to downtown. Gorgeous views too. We would highly recommend this rental unit.

We have been to Breckenridge with our kids several times and this location was by far the best for allowing them to get to the lifts and downtown by themselves. I would recommend this location.
