    Unit 304 was clean, had new carpet, a new hot tub, a nice cozy mountain furniture appeal, granite, and was an excellent place to stay. I hope this review doesn't create a mad dash for renting it because I'd like it to be available every time I go to Breck! Close to the mountain and downtown Breck.

    When we travel to Breckenridge we always try to stay at the Park avenue Lofts. This is a great location. Easy and very short walk to the ski school and lifts (literally a walk across the street) Ski rentals are just out the door and a walk around the corner. At night we can walk right into town and eat and shop. We rent a car but always laugh that we only use it twice..to get to Breckenridge from the airport and back. The unit is great. Heated floors in the bathroom are a nice touch and the hot tub has an amazing view of the mountains at sunset. This unit is on the 2nd floor and only has one neighbor so it was really quiet at night. Beds were comfortable. Nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything you could want. Very nice unit.

    We stay at Park ave.Lofts every time we are in Breck. Have been using Great Western Lodging for years and wouldn't think of using any other service.
