This excellent corner unit has so much to offer in terms of space and views. While grilling on the private balcony or enjoying the new hot tub you will be able to see all of the Breckenridge Ski Area. These are some of the most sought after views in town! Take advantage of this comfortable unit while watching the flat screen TV or relaxing in front of the gas fireplace. High-def television is avaiable in the living area, master and second bedrooms. This three bedroom unit is very popular with its spacious rooms and bedding choices. It also comes equipped with a washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, gas grill, a private ski locker and an underground parking space. Park Avenue Lofts also has a common-area outdoor hot tub, fitness center and conference center. Being only a 1/2 block from Main Street and the slopes, everything is nice and close to this location.

Vacation Rental Summary
Positives were: great location near Main St., lifts and bus stops; wonderful view of the slopes from living area and the small deck with very nice hot tub; high end finishes in the kitchen and baths; secure building with parking; ample supplies for us. Downside would be the cramped size of the living areas. Dinning table nice and large (would sit up to 8) but very tight against the fireplace. L-shaped sofa not comfortable (including the pull-out bed) and no other chair. That area really tight and TV too high and at an awkward angle over the fireplace. Not a big deal for our short stay and the other positives I listed far outweighed this one downside for us.

excellent condo. was there for 3 days of skiing during the major storm late in january. the condo is super convenient, great ammeninties w/ park ave loft (rental shop w/ storage in the building). across the street from the maggie, and walking distance to everything. condo itself was in excellent shape, the private hottub is awesome. no complaints. would easily stay here again.
Park ave 305 is big, convenient, comfortable and pleasant to enjoy. Location is perfect--no drive to park to visit Main st. Room for three families. Attracive decor--nicely equipped kitchen. Didn't even use the hot tub, but the views from the balcony are superb.
We come to Breck every year to visit our daughter and husband, to ski and ride and make family memories. We've been coming for twenty years. Great West lodging has always been our main source for rental accommodations and the 3 bedroom condo at Park Place Lofts was right up there with the very best. There was room for everyone, each with their own bathroom, large dining table for all eight of us to sit around and of course what is a day on the slopes without a cold one while relaxing in the hot tub! We will be back next year for sure.
Our third stay at Park avenue Lofts, first time in unit 305. It is a great location: a short walk across the road to the base of Peak 9; close to Blue River rentals for exchanges; an easy walk down Main Street to all the shops and restaurants; covered parking and ski locker. And a private hot tub(!) which we enjoyed every afternoon after skiiing. Great view of the mountain from the hot tub. The heated tile floors are nice too. It is a casually comfortable unit, and my only knock is that the living/dining area and kitchen were smaller than expected for a group of six adults. It was sufficient, but close quarters. All three bedrooms are on one floor, whereas the two-bedroom units at Park avenue Loft are on two floors. Have always had a good experience with property manager Great Western Lodging.
We stayed the week of July 4th. We've stayed in numerous condos in the city of Breckenridge and this was definitely our favorite to date. Fantastic views of the Ten Mile Range and quick access walking to anything downtown. The private hot tub was definitely a bonus!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Park avenue Lofts. Beautiful view! Comfortable condo! We especially enjoyed the hot tub, heated floors,and convenience of walking around the town below and to the ski lifts. We could not get the DVD or humidifiers working, however...some instructions would have been helpful. We did have to walk quite a distance to check out, as we did not have a car. Overall, we would definitely rent this same condo when it becomes available for Christmas week 2012.

I have forwarded the information on to the maintenance department to make sure there are instructions for the DVD and Humidifiers in the unit. As well as made sure the front desk is communicating that guests who are on shuttles, can either leave their keys with the shuttle drivers or in the unit upon departure. It is very important to us that our guests’ departure experience is just as pleasant as their arrival experience.

Great Western Lodging
The unit met our needs very well. It is well furnished and close to lifts, shopping and restaurants. (One problem was that the bunk bed does not have safety railings, nor was this mentioned in the material on the unit.) What we especially liked was the service from Great Western. Check-in and check-out were smooth, with no delays. We called on one small proplem with the blinds, and two people came almost immediately to make a temporary fix. (They also took the bunk beds apart so we could safely use them.) A day or so later, someone came for a permanent fix on the blind. We would rent this unit again, and recommend dealing with Great Western.
Such a great condo. Friendly service, prompt responses to inquiries. Walk to lifts, restaurants. Hot tub and fireplace made for a very relaxing environment.
This is the second year in a row we stayed at Park Ave Lofts. We love the location, the luxuries, all at a reasonable rate. If this continues, we may never try another location at Breckenridge again.
The word that comes to mind with our vacation at Great Western was amazine! From the service we received to the wonderful accommodations at the condo, it was all wonderful. The location of Park Avenue Lofts was terrific! We were within walking distance of everything from shopping, restaurants, ski lifts, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Great Western Lodging to any and everyone!!!!
Our stay in December 2009 was the second time we used Great Western Lodging and the second time we stayed at Park Ave Lofts and we LOVED IT!!! The condos are beautiful and well equipped. I would recommend Park Ave Lofts to anybody as well as using Great Western Lodging to book your lodging needs. In fact we loved so much we are going again this Feb 2010!
We love to stay at Park Avenue Lofts. The location is great...close to the slopes and right by Main Street. The condos we have stayed in there are all very nicely maintained and comfortable.
We just loved the sun coming through the west facing window overlooking peak 9. The hot tub was great and very relaxing after a hard day of skiing. Our family has three active kids and this place provide plenty of room and privacy. The only draw back, and its a small one, is when you're so close to town, you get some noise till late at night. We really loved the view out the large west facing windows.
This is the second time we have stayed at the Park Ave Lofts. Same room both times. Very clean and comfortable. Great view of the mtns off the deck or in the hot tub. Super close to town for shopping. The only issue we had was noise at night from the town. This wasn't an issue in 2007 when we stayed here, but this year with the windows open it was a noisy outside late into the night. A little annoying, but doesn't over shawdow the positives. We'll stay here again.
We have become summer regulars at 305 Park Ave Lofts. The place is very comfortable and nicely decorated, without feeling like a McMansion somewhere. It is perfectly located in Breck. The HVAC is somehow centrally controlled in the building and takes some getting used to, but you figure it out after awhile. Otherwise, the place is nearly perfect for us.
