There is no doubt that Park avenue lofts location is a plus but it's past time for the units to have an update. For starters, it was interesting that the owners still have a 20 inch box TV in the living room above the fireplace. Fuzzy picture and just so old school it's comical. Another smaller box TV with a VCR services the main bedroom (no remote). The carpet needs cleaning badly in the unit. When we stayed there two years ago, the heat couldn't be cut down and the windows were all stuck so you couldn't open it. This year we had the same problems as the unit was 75-80 degrees and even though we opened windows every day, it was still very hot all day and all night. Despite all that, the unit is still somewhat desirable if you want a prime location and since we came in the spring the price was pretty good. Just check what your unit is like before spending a week there.

This is the second time we have stayed in this particular residence. The best location to downtown and restaurants. Looking forward to next season.

Our stay in Breckinridge was exciting, relaxing, and fun. We stayed at Park avenue Lofts. The service was excellent and the home very comfortable. The location was right next to our ski rental and a short walk to the maggie. In fact, the location is what we liked best about the lofts. We were right near the town for evening walks for deserts and hot chocolate after a meal in our room. We would stay here again.

This condo was perfect for what we wanted. Close to the slopes, close to town. Will definitely rent this condo again if we head to Breckenridge.

Location was great and room was very clean. Great Western did an outstanding job relocating us to Park avenue Lofts 306 after another rental company had put us in a Dump.

Went on a trip with 3 buddies. Wanted a condo that was very close to a lift and was in the middle of the mix. thats exactly what we got. Interior was very nice. two stories, hot tub, kitchen, nice view...only downside was that there was three of us and we were promised two twin beds in the upstairs bedroom and there was only one king so i had to bunk up with my buddy. Other than that, everything was excellent. i would recommend this condo.

This was our third summer to reserve a condo at the Park ave Lofts. The staff at Great Western Loding is top notch--very customer service oriented. Reservations are handled efficiently. Check in is easy. We arrived a bit early the day of check in. The unit was clean, so they let us check in a couple hours early. We appreciated that. We have liked all the condos we have stayed in at Park ave Lofts. They are in excellent condition. If there is a problem, the maintenance staff handles the problem quickly and efficiently. The location of Park ave Lofts is what attracted us to it. It is right downtown--close to restaurants and shopping. The best feature though is its proximity to the music tent. We seldom take the car out of the garage during our stay. The laundry facilities in each condo make our stay much easier. Underground parking is a wonderful amenity, especially when unloading everything from luggage to groceries and repacking to leave. The use of the trolleys make quick work of that. The security of the facility is comforting too. Breckenridge is a very safe community, but having the key entry to parking, lobby entry door, workout room and hot tub area is a plus. To sum it all up, we appreciate the customer service and can do attitude of the management of Great Western, the location with its proximity to everything, most of all the underground parking and the availability of private hot tubs if desired. The only negative to the entire complex is street noise. Fortunately, it is quiet most nights after 11:00 p.m.

We enjoyed the residence but there was an issue with the heat not working properly. It never was warm enough in the bedrooms, only the congregating areas of the kitchen, dining, and sitting areas. Also, my wife had a run-in with a local carpenter who was replacing the carpet in one of the residences. He was blocking the passage way through with his truck on one side and the discarded old carpeting on the other. When she asked if he could move one or the other, he gave her a rude look and said she could fit through a narrow passage between the truck and outlying area. The problem with this is, if the rental vehicle was to be scratched or damaged, i am responsible. One of the cabinet doors in the kitchen came unhinged and fell on my wife as she was passing by. We took it off the last hinge that was attached and fixed it. I spoke with someone from your business and they had them look at it when we left. I was also not given the key to the storage facility for my snowboard. The garbage location was not a feasible solution since you had to go outside. Regards, Rogers' family

We stayed 2 nights at the Park Avenue Lofts # 306 with some friends of ours and what a great place. This unit was very nice and comfortable. Within walking distance to everything. Unit was really clean and well stocked. We went to Breckenridge for a wedding in June and I wish we would have stayed there instead of the lodge . The only downfall about the place is I felt the cleaning fee was a little steep, ( $65.00 ) considering you had to take out the trash and put the dishes in the dishwasher or they would charge you more. I will recommend this place to others and will stay there next time in Breckenridge !!!!

This is the first time we visited Breckenridge. Our group consisted of three beginner skiers and two non-skiers. This was the perfect location. Just across the street from Peak 9 and the Village at Breckenridge Ski school and one block from the main street of Breckenridge it met all of our needs. After reading on trip advisor that this unit was a bit noisy I was a little apprehensive to stay here, that's why I chose the third floor. We had no problems with noise. They did have a couple of night clubs near by but the noise was never excessive. As far as the condo the accomodations were wonderful. We had a few issues with things not working correctly in the unit, but one call to great western lodging and within a couple of hours they had someone there to fix it. Other than that it was comfortable and well stocked. The underground parking was a plus and so was the storage facility off of the garage for ski equipment. Check in and out was easy and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to our friends. Thanks Great Western Lodging!

Split level condo provides ample room for family of four (parents & 2 older teens). Stainless steel kitchen appliances looked brand new and spotless. It was nice to have the washer and dryer in the unit, we did a couple of loads of laundry. Laundry detergent and most toiletries were not provided but kitchen supplies were. We made several trips to City Market which is a large grocery store about 5 minutes away (by car) for food, supplies, medicine, etc. We stored skis & ski boots in the spacious ski locker in the basement which was nice. Convenient location, across the street from Peak 9, medical clinic (I got flu symptoms near the end of the trip and received excellent medical care from this clinic), next door to ski rental, Mi Casa mexican restaurant. The complex has only 19 units so it is easy to get around; it takes only a few minutes to walk from your room to the parking lot. We found the shuttle on Main St to be unreliable, it came 30 min later than the posted time on our way to lunch at Blue River Bistro and on the way back it did not show up after an hour so we gave up. After that, we took our car and drove everywhere; it was just too cold to walk anywhere. Great Western Lodging service was excellent, there were two occasions when repairs were needed (elevators and sofa bed) and they were taken care of very promptly. They were also courteous when booking and at check-in and check-out. We definitely recommend Park Avenue Lofts and Great Western Lodging.

This was our second stay at the Park Ave. Lofts. Location was very good, downtown is a very short walk away. The units are kept up very well. During our stay in June, the place was almost deserted which gave us just about the whole underground parking lot. This unit faces the river\downtown side for which the only downside is noise from the restaurants late at night. You have to keep the windows open to cool the unit since there is no a\c. We would stay at Park Ave again but I believe I would get a unit facing the mountain instead.

We spent a wonderful Labor Day weekend at the Park Avenue Lofts 306 and had a wonderful time. The Lofts location was right in the middle of Breckenridge, so it was just a short walk to the main street activities and many eating establishments. The unit was very clean and we found the jacuzzi very refreshing after a long day of walking around main street. We'd definitely recommend the Park Avenue Lofts 306 - especially if you're planning on spending a good part of your time in the downtown area.

This was a great location with ski in, ski out capabilities. The hot tub was the best way to wind down from a day on the slopes!

We stayed for 4 nights in March. The property was very nice and spacious. Easy walking distance to the mountain and town. The hot tub was nice to have after a day on the slopes and a night on the town. Highly recommend this unit.

The Park Avenue Lofts in Breckenridge, CO offered a fantastic venue for a mid-summer getaway. The lofts are conveniently located a block away from the food/fun/shopping/entertainment core of town, and offered fantastic views of both sides of the valley. Parking was ample, private and secure, and the accommodations were well appointed with full kitchens with stainless steel appliances, comfortable furnishings, all necessary gadgets and modern luxury baths. Don't forget about the private roof-top hot tubs available in some lofts! The staff at Great Western Lodging was helpful and friendly during the reservation, excursion and check out processes. Highly recommended! The Lofts might not be well-suited to families with young children, as the rooms are located near popular evening watering holes which got rather rowdy two evenings.

We really enjoyed the condo. It was well maintained and centrally located to shopping and dining. The only qualm was the parking garage. It's very tight and there were issues with people not parking correctly, but otherwise a wonderful experience!
