The condo had a wonderful set up. The bathrooms were spacious and well designed. However the remainder of the condo was a bit cramped. The photos on the internet made the condo look spacious and it was not.The condo worked well for 4 quests but would not for 6 quests. The hot tub was a treat. The furniture was up to date and in good conditon. The gas fireplace was fantastic! The location was wonderful being near town and near the lifts. The condo was absolutely emaculate and the kitchen was very well equipped. The condo was quiet which made sleeping easy. Having the washer & dryer in the condo was helpful and both worked very well. The mattress on the first floor bedroom needs replacement. The TV in the second floor bedroom worked poorly but we had little use for it. The rental group office staff was friendly and helpful. However the rental group service worked differently than all my other condo experiences. We did not get a midweek clean or garbage pick-up. They provided initials supplies but we had to walk to the office on the other side of town to replenish supplies(toilet paper, fresh towels, detergent etc). There were several ceiling light bulbs out in various living areas but to be fair we did not call for repair. I am sure they would have replaced them. All and all we all liked the condo but we wondered about the rental group service.
Dear Breck skier -
Thank you for your review! We always like to hear from our guests and this is great information for us to make sure that our units are getting the attention needed and guest’s are experiencing exceptional customer service.
I will definitely let the owner know about the need for the mattress replacement in the first floor bedroom, as well as about the television not working in the master bedroom. I will also follow up with the front office as we are sometimes able to deliver those items to our guests by our maintenance department, so will check to see why we were not able to do that for your stay. Thank you for noting the light bulbs, I will have those replaced immediately.
Your review of your stay in Park Avenue Lofts #307 is greatly appreciated and please let me know if there is anything I can assist with for your next trip to Breckenridge!

The unit itself is nice, but the hot tub was unusable, despite it being emptied and refilled. Small fixes not done, like the shower handle downstairs, things glued back on. We won't be staying here again, your money is best spent elsewhere to be honest.
Dear Fool Me Once -

I have forwarded this to the owner concerning the hot tub, shower handle, and other items that need to be addressed. I was happy to see that a refund was processed for the hot tub issues and I am excited to note that the owner is planning on some updates to the unit this Spring.

We just got back from staying at this condo in Breck and I want to warn everyone that their backs will ache after sleeping in these beds. We tried to flip the mattress to get comfort but it didn't help. Also, be sure to bring slippers because the carpet is filthy. I understand it's a rental but new carpet and paint would work wonders in this condo. It wasn't all bad, the hot tub was private, clean and relaxing and the kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities needed (except scissors). The location was great because it's across from Peak 9 and there is also a bus stop located right outside the building. Another thing for the owner to think about is the living room area, the TV is so high up that you strain your neck to watch it. There wasn't a lot of down time to watch TV but that made it more uncomfortable. I suggest a wall mount that swivels out to make it more enjoyable for watching a movie.

I will definitely let the owner know about the beds and the need for new mattresses, as well as about the television. In the meantime though, I will alert our operations department about getting the carpets professionally cleaned.

The beds were hard as a rock, we both woke up with extreme back pain. Ruined our first day. the management company would not move us to another unit!! they did deliver very thin pads to help. It didnt do anything, so we took all of the comforters, blankets and the pads and put them all on the softest bed. So we had to sleep in the same bed which keep us up most of the night. but at least the back pain was ok. I belive a full refund is in order. I feel that we wasted our money and had a very bad experiance
Dear Pete –
Thank you for your review! We always like to hear from our guests and this is great information for us to make sure that our units are getting the attention needed and guest’s are experiencing exceptional customer service.
I am very sorry to hear about the foam mattresses we discussed about on Saturday did not do the trick for the beds. After our conversation on Saturday, I was thinking that the foam mattresses pads we brought in for your last night’s stay was going to take care of everything. I apologize that they did not end up working.
An interior designer is investigating the mattresses, as this is the first report on the beds and typically we see more issues with beds being too soft than too hard. But we understand that everyone has different expectations, so the interior designer is going to report back to the owner and us on the status of the mattresses for all our future guests.
Your review of your stay in Park Avenue Lofts #307 is greatly appreciated and I will be following up with the interior designer on the mattresses. Thank you again Pete and I am very sorry about your stay.

This two-level unit in downtown Breckenridge was quiet, very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The private outdoor spa was in top working order. The location was close to excellent restaurants and shopping. The indoor private garage was convenient. Full kitchen and laundry made this a perfect home away from home. We'd go back any time. p.s. this is a real review!! ;-)

Everything was great, from the accomidations to the staff that helped me to set the reservation up. We could not have had a much better place to vacation at. The condo was a highlight of our stay. In the past I have gone to the mountain to play and then drove home, but to walk across the street from the lift to our excellent condo with a hot tub in wait was, well frickin awesome!! Thanks you guys, we will definatly be coming back.

Park Avenue Lofts #307 was everything a couple on a weekend getaway could ask for! Since I am born and raised in Houston, Texas, I have never been around snow. I wanted to have the best experience possible in Colorado and i have to say Park Avenue Lofts had a hand in delivering this experience! The office was obliging and welcoming when we arrived for check in. They provide an underground parking garage and ski locker for storing the ski gear. The most accomadating and convenient place to enjoy a stress free vacation! The room was spacious, clean, cozy, and in the best location! The fireplace was so warm and inviting. The master bedroom is upstairs along with the private hot tub. The hot tub was amazing! So private and gives the view of the town with lights at night. The tub was clean and had massage jets in the corners, that was so relaxing after a day of skiing! From the room windows you have a fantastic view of the town and are in immediate walking distance to Main street to enjoy dining, shops and pubs. You can grab your ski's and walk right over to the ski lift as well! That was amazing. We truly wish we could have stayed longer. There really is not a least enjoyed comment i could make, other than this condo was a two bedroom two bath and we only needed a one bedroom one bath. The hot tub was a must, so that is why we took the two bedroom anyway! =) We were amazed at how easy everything was in getting around and even our ski rental place was in walking distance when we needed to return them before flying back. Wonderful just a wonderful place. Thank you Park Avenue Lofts for a fantastic experience in Colorado!

I've stayed here before, but the condo is really showing its age....The sofa was in need to reupholstering, the beds were really old and uncomfortable and the TV was small and not HD - which isn't SUCH a big deal but almost every other lodging place in America has a better TV than 24" and ten years old so it really stuck out. And on a ski trip, you watch some tv at night so it was sort of annoying. I also couldn't get the heat to work in one of the bedrooms so it was always colder in there. The space itself is nice, and the view from the hot tub over the city is good but if you just don't sleep well on the old bed, it's kind of a downer. I don't think I would stay here again unless some of the furnishings are updated.

The lofts at Park Avenue were beautiful. We stayed in a 2-bedroom on the top floor and the views were also magnificent. I imagine they are almost as good from the 2nd floor as well. Though we went in the summer we could tell it would be very easy access to the slopes and it was certainly easy access to the main shopping and dining areas. We did not need our car as everything was within walking distance.

I've stayed in this unit (and a couple others with very similar features in Park Avenue Lofts) a few times, because it's such a nice place and my favorite place to stay in Breckenridge with my family. The private hot tub overlooking town (or the mountain in similar units) is wonderful - this unit has a great new tub! 307 is a well appointed unit that is great for families or two couples, and the convenience is second to none, whether skiing in the Winter or biking and hiking in the Summer.

This is a great location to stay, right near downtown, and steps away from the Quicksilver Super6 lift. The in unit Hot Tub is a great asset to this unit. It is a great floor layout, with one bedroom on the main floor, and the Master upstairs. Ski lockers and parking are convenient in the lower level and give you a very large place to store skis or boards. The staff at Great Western is great. They will take care of any of your concerns right away. Will always try to stay here when I come to Breckenridge.

We stayed in this condo for 6 days as the first part of a longer honeymoon in mid-December. With such an important occasion for us we and only pictures from a website to go on we were understandably nervous but as soon as we walked in we knew there was nothing to worry about. Park Avenue Lofts was everything we had hoped for and more. We didn't want to stay at a hotel as we really wanted a mountain retreat where we could be alone and snuggle up in comfortable surroundings in front of a big fire. We originally planned to go to a traditional log cabin but wanted the best of both worlds and upon realising that they were all a bit far out of town (we didn't want to hire a car) we went for Park Avenue Lofts - it was everything we had hoped for and more. There were only two of us but this well-equipped and comfortable two-storey apartment could easily have accomodated six - it was huge! We instantly felt at home and not like we were staying in someone elses place. Everything was in excellent condition and very clean with no signs of wear and tear. There were enough personal touches to be cosy and inviting but not so many that it was overbearing. The best part was the little touches of luxury throughout that made everything feel very special - from the marble tops in the bathroom and kitchen, to the fireplace that roared into flames at the touch of a button on the wall and of course the jetted tub and big separate shower. The piece de reistance was the private balcony with a fab hot-tub! I'm not sure we'd have got through the week so pain-free without it! The apartments are literally across the road from the skiing area, with hire-shops, ski-school, food and of course the lifts and it was just a one minute stroll to Main Street for bars, restaurants and shopping. If you want to be pampered and looked after book a hotel but if you want a laid-back relaxing time with friends, family or loved-ones there is nowhere better in Breck than Park Avenue Lofts.

We were in Breckenridge for the Breckenridge 100 Mountain Bike race and stayed at the Park Avenue Lofts for two nights. Location was right in the middle of everything. It was a convenient walk to shopping and restaurants. The only down side was the noise from the streets as people were out quite late and we needed to wake at 4:30am. As for the condo and amenities, they were fantastic! I would stay there again! Thank you very much, Tim
