Park Avenue Lofts 309 - 1bd/1ba - Breckenridge condominium rentals
This spacious one bedroom condo is an end unit condo overlooking downtown Breckenridge and the mountains. Just 1/2 block from Main Street and 150 yards from the base of Peak 9, this location is perfect. The unit was recently remodeled and features a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, top-of-the-line stainless steel kitchen appliances, complimentary WiFi and one underground parking space. Also, flat screen TVs were recently added in both the bedroom and living area. The corner floor plan also features a larger bedroom, allowing for a king sized bed. There is a collection of about 20 DVD movies for your enjoyment, as well as a DVR so you can record your favorite shows while out on the slopes (or on the town!). The master bedroom also features an alarm clock with iPod docking station. Come and check out one of our best locations in town. The complex has an outdoor hot tub, a fitness room and conference facilities.

Vacation Rental Summary
Our stay was very nice, the only thing I would recommend would be extra towels for the hot tub in the room or near the hot tub.
Service was very good. Condo was clean and well maintained. Location was convenient to all downtown offerings. Like the bed comfort the best. Least, could not get the dvd player to work as instructions stated, light bulbs were out in family room lamp. Condo also needs a full length mirror added.

Our condo was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We were located across the street from the Peak 9 lifts and the kids ski school. We walked to Main Street. I would definitely stay here again!
Park av. loft 309 Breckenridge is a wonderful 1 bedroom unit. On the top floor, there is n one above you, and we hear nothing from neighbors to the side. There is unobjectionable traffic noise in the living room (and a balcony overlooking the street and slight view of slope), but the bedroom is silent. Housekeeping is exceptional, and unit amenities excellent (blender, crock pot and many kitchen appliances and utensils provided). The kitchen is modern. The king size bed feels new, with a pillow top mattress, providing for comfort. There is cable TV with DVR; bathroom with 2 sinks and a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub (single person). Small fitness center on site. 5 minutes walk to Quicksilver lift, and 3-10 minutes to shops and restaurants. This is a wonderful apartment. There is underground parking garage, and the condo is on the Breck shuttle stop. Built in 2000, it is well kept. We will come back here! Room Tip: Ask the management service to identify where in the small complex is your unit. 309 is top floor, so no one above you!
Loved the location. Very close to the lifts. Can go back to place easily if you get too tired from skiing. Beautiful place. Gorgeous furnishings and comfortable over all. Having complete kitchen is neat. The hot tub though had a funky smell so we did not linger there.

This was a great place for my wife and I to stay when in Breckenridge. It is located within a block from the main downtown strip and is extremely close to the lifts at Breck. In addition, the parking is included, which is a must for us because we tour the many different resorts in the area (Vail: ~30 mins, BC: ~40 mins, Keystone: ~20 mins, etc). We will definitely keep this one on our short list of places to stay in Breck.
A great condo for 2 people. Well furnished, and the layout is great with br not on the street. Very quiet. Location is fantastic. Look forward to another visit.
Thank you for a very comfortable and cozy well managed condo. The furnishings were very tasteful and complete. It was convenient to the downtown area so walking everywhere was possible. We enjoyed varied cuisine at the local restaurants. It was off season, so it was quiet, which we enjoyed. Mid-October was the time of our visit and we did get some snow and brisk weather. We were very impressed with the condo and the building, as well. Beautiful furnishings and nice touches throughout. Bed was soft and comfortable. Bath is huge and great for two people. The only downside is the balcony is over the street (Park avenue) and it is very noisy with all of the trucks and cars going by. Fortunately the bedroom, which has a small window, is not on street side so we slept fine without hearing any noise. We walked to Main Street and left our car in the garage for most of our visit so it is a very convenient location.
The loft is located less than a quarter mile to the riverwalk center and features windows on both sides for good ventilation in Summer.
This condo was just right for the three of us. Great location walk every where, just park (covered underground parking incl. with condo). Great location to lift and downtown. Everything in condo incl. Dvr. The only one with a outside patio overlooking street. Clean. Large bathroom.

I thought the Park avenue Lofts were in a great location, and our room had a great view. We could see most of the mountain from our patio, and could even see Main St. The only problem was the noise during the day time since we were so close to the street. -Jordan
We picked this unit because it was exactly what we needed with two little kids. we could put them to bed in the bedroom and then do laundry, eat dinner, relax, and watch TV or sip wine on the deck and people watch. It was a great value and very clean and comfortable place. It's especially nice if you want to be close to main street breckenridg. 1 Block to main street. The only thing about this unit that is not great, that other units have is a better view of the mountian. We could see a good portion of the ski resort and some of Bald Mountain from the deck but not the greatest views like the 2 bedroom units have. The only other thing is that it's right on a main street so the traffic is a little louder during the day, but it's nto that big of a deal.
The loft was wonderful and we will hope to use it again. The music and good dining contributed to a delightful stay.
It was a very nice place. The only issue was the street noise. We were there over the 4th of July weekend & so we had the windows open. Kinda noisy...
This was our second time at Park ave 309. We absolutely love this property! Great location, great view from the patio. We loved the upgrade to the king bed and the fact that the jacuzzi tub worked this year! The only blip in the trip was our heat went out in the building, but maintenance was wonderful with giving us space heaters and making sure we were comfortable and it wasn't even a problem as we weren't in the room at all during the days! Since we stayed longer we were able to utilize the kitchen more as we ate breakfast and lunches in the condo. Excellent amenities--love the proximity to the slopes and the ski rental shop. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere, even on the 50 degree below zero nights. We arrived very early from denver in the morning and since our unit wasn't available, GW lodging allowed us to change in their bathroom and gave us access to the park ave parking garage to keep our car and luggage and then called us when the unit was available. Fantastic customer service every time!!!
Our stay and accommodations were awesome! Close to everything and great skiing. We would love to do it again!
We travel quite a bit and were really looking forward to out trip to Breck. I did a lot of research and found this place. I'm sure glad I did the research because we were right in the middle of everything. The location alone was enough, but on top of that the room (pal #309) was perfect for what we needed. The balcony overlooks the entrance to peak 9 village, so we would just sit out there and people watch until it was time to go out on the town. And what a lovely town Breck is. We will return and hopefully stay in the same room next year.
The condo unit we rented was very nice and prime location. Gwl was very accommondating and easy to work with.
Park avenue Lofts was perfect! The convenience of town, lifts, etc., simply perfect. The condo was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and provided all the comforts and more of home! The service provided by Great Western from reservation, price, check-in, etc., was what made this trip more than pleasurable, thank you!!

This is our second stay at this condo. It's very comfortable with up to date furnishings and decor. The location is ideal for skiing at peak 9 and enjoying downtown Breck after the slopes.
We've stayed at this property on several occasions. The experience has always been good. It's walking distance to shops & restaurants. The building (inside/outside) & unit is always clean & very well maintained; however, on this most recent visit we noticed that the carpet in the unit was stained in several areas --- probably needs to be professionally cleaned or changed. Despite this minor flaw, which I'm sure was an oversight, this is an awesome property! You will not be disappointed. We've recommended it to friends.
I have stayed in several places in the past, but this one is the absolute best. I will always stay here if it is available. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and simply a wonderful vacation spot. Thanks for the wonderful service and the wonderful condo.
Recently stayed at Park avenue Lofts 309 managed by Great Western Lodging in Breckenridge. Great location close to great eating (and libations at Breckenridge Brew pub). Very clean and nice condo with great kitchen and huge master bath with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Take advantage of outside hot tub looking over river. Only negative was major construction at resort to South of complex but with windows closed, could not hear it.
We stayed a few days during the "Mud Season" so besides a few owners we were the only ones there. We had to call maintenance one time and he was very prompt. He also took the time to give us some advice on things to see. We found the condo in very good condition esp. for one that is rented out. It is located right off Main Street so it is very convenient to shopping and restaurants
We have enjoyed staying at a number of condos in Breckenridge with Great Western Lodging. They have always been friendly and accommodating. We loved the location of Park Avenue Lofts. It was very convenient to most restaurants, and we could walk to the lifts. The condo itself was clean and had almost everything we needed.

My friends and I stayed at this condo for a weekend snowboarding trip. We really liked how close it was to Peak 9...only a short 5 minute walk! There was a provided parking spot, which was really nice considering how parking is around Breckenridge. This particular condo was very clean and had a great little balcony! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to spend some time in Breckenridge to snowboard, ski or do whatever!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Park Avenue Lofts. Excellent location. Clean and comfortable room. The staff was very helpful whenever we had questions. We originally sought it out because it was the only property where the entire property was non-smoking because of my allergy to tobacco smoke. The property managers were so knowledgable about each room's amenities and layout, and helped us select the best room for our needs. We absolutely will stay there next time we visit Breckenridge and recommend other non-smokers to also.
Nice, new rental close to lifts and town. This unit is larger than others and is very nice for family. Easy walk to lifts. We liked having washer/dryer in room and the underground parking is great. Hot tub is OK.
You simply can not ask for better value. Practically slope side, walk to everything, condo was great. I used to live in Breck and I know there are an abundance of outdated condos with much worse location for much more money. I will return every season!
My husband and I had the entire condo building to ourselves the first night. The condo was immaculate and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was great for walking to the restaurants and shopping in Breckenridge. We drove by the entrance to the condo the first time as the signage was difficult to spot. We had a wonderful two night stay in early June and would stay there again in the future.
This was the second time that I used Great Western Lodging for our stays in Brekenridge, CO. The property, as usual, was immaculate and always is like new! The location is perfect with one of the major chair lifts just across the street. This property is also located right around the corner from Main Street where there are some excellent cafes, restaurants and shopping! The views from any of the side or back of the property have picture perfect views of the mountain and are especially nice if you get a unit with a private hot tub... parking comes with the condo and is located underground where you also get a large lockable closet for all your ski gear. I recommend Great Western Lodging and this property to anyone who is a stickler for location, cleanliness and comfort!
