We really enjoyed our stay. Our unit was close to the slopes and to the village of Breckenridge. Both a very short walk. The furniture might be a little dated, but no major problems. The kitchen had just about every utensil you could imagine. We would stay there again

We've stayed in this condo for numerous years. A lot of room and supplies. Kitchen well-equipped. Great Western people are excellent to work with. Very accommodating.

Overall it was a good experience. Only problem was an "act of God" when the power went out. I recommended to the office that they put a flashlight in the unit. (the rechargeable kind). It was difficult to pack up in the dark before we left. Our stay was great. It was a pretty easy walk to the Silverthorne lift. the cabinets had plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Fridge, dishwasher, stove, washer and dryer all worked well. They should supply some laundry detergent. for the cost it would be a nice plus. overall I rated this 4 stars because it was a pleasant stay for my family.
Dear Jim –
Thank you for your review! We always like to hear from our guests and this is great information for us to make sure that our units are getting the attention needed.
I have forwarded the information on to the maintenance department to make sure there are flashlights in not only Powderhorn #A105, but in all of our units. Our housekeeping department has also been notified about the laundry detergent.
Thank you again for the information on Powderhorn #A105 and please let me know if there is anything I can assist with for your next trip to Breckenridge!
Sincerely,
V. Peyton Rogers

We had unexpected family show up and with the den we were able to accomodate them without crowding anyone! We were close to all of the 4th of July activities and were able to walk everywhere with no difficulty. We enjoyed this condo very much! No steps...it is right off the parking lot. We enjoyed the pool which was across the road and down a little path...very nice! Great Western made it easy to check in even though we arrived after hours. Very friendly staff who provided all the information about Breckenridge to make our stay comfortable!

This was my 4th time staying at a105. The owner Dave Scull has done a great job of keeping this unit in great shape. I will stay here at 2 more times this year. Although it is listed as a two bedroom with the enclosed study it sleeps like a three bedroom. Great value.

We have been coming to Breck since 1997 but this is the first time staying at Powderhorn. Loved the spacious accomodations and ski in/walk out to lifts. Close to dining and shops. Great Condo for the price. Will definitely consider renting again for next year's trip.

We have stayed at the Powderhorn condo for several years. It is in a great location at Breckenridge and just the right size for our family and friends. The condos have all the amenities of our home in Texas. Powderhorn condos have covered parking but is also within walking distance to town. We plan to continue to use Western Lodging to stay Powderhorn.

Clean, spacious, close to slope and close to town. When we return to Breck we will want to stay at the same place.

The location was great...just a short walk to the lift and ski school. The condo was nicely updated and spacious. My biggest concern is that the water heater wasn't big enough to support the bathrooms and jacuzi bathtub... we were expecting a facility with a large central water heater. A small issue that is easy to fix is the hall toilet, the handle stuck a lot and required taking the tank lid off. All in all we would stay at this condo again and recommend it to others for the location and cleanliness of the space.

The weather was perfect for walks and all that we set out to do. However it was impossible to open the windows due to the fact that there was constuction going on at every end of the condo. Tractor reverse beep sounds wasn't what we intended on hearing when we came on vacation. Having stayed at sawmill creek another time--it would have been lovely if the booking person had thought that would not be relaxing, we would have taken the advice and stayed at another property. Not to mention that we stayed at a105 for the view(from balcony???) that is on the web picture. FYI-That view has been altered by other buildings or something. Couldn't find it off either balcony. Actually ended up leaving 2 days earlier than expected. Other factors were involved-illness. But all in all disappointed in the ability to inform us that soooo much contruction was going on. Especially right out the main patio. Orange tape, big holes dug. Clearly in the middle of alot I understand...just would have been nice to know.

The location of this condo is great. It is a short walk to town or peak 9. My kids manage to ski all the way to the steps leading to the unit, but you need to negotiate a small bridge. The unit is large and very comfortable. We arrived at midnight and it was easy to pick up the keys at a drop box in town and follow the directions to the unit. You have access to multiple indoor and outdoor hot tubs and pool, which we used every day. There is a changing room poolside,

My family of five and another family of three (all kids are teenagers) stayed at Powderhorn. The accomodations were wonderful and there was plenty of room. We loved being so close to the lift, as well. Thanks to the property owners for sharing their Breckenridge home with this group of southerners. We look forward to a return trip.

Our family ski vacation was perfect. The condo was great for the five of us - close to the slopes - the Town (for shopping, dining - just enjoying the sites)! A wonderful experience.
