This immaculate two bedroom townhome is one of our finest. Situated only 200 yards from the 6- person Quicksilver chair lift at the base of Peak 9, and just two blocks from the heart of downtown Breckenridge, this unit offers the best of both worlds. The property's upgrades include all new furniture, carpet, granite countertops, new kitchen and bath fixtures, stainless steel appliances, and flat screen TVs in the living area and master bedroom. The spacious floor plan also features a very bright living area with large windows providing a forested view adjacent to the Blue River. Guests also enjoy access to the outdoor heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs just across the street at the Columbine pool and hot tubs. The free town shuttle stops adjacent to the property for free access to the rest of town.

This was our first trip to Breck. You never know if the pictures will really be the "real" condo, but these were. We really liked the set up. The living/dining and kitchen are all really wide open and bright. Plenty of room to sit and relax. Love the gas fireplace too. Nice view of the woods from the slider and picture window. The only negative for me was that the bedrooms are very dark. They could use more or better lighting. You have no natural light because you need to keep the blinds closed since they open to a walkway. I would suggest more hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms since storage is minimal. The Kitchen is well stocked. We stopped at a Walmart on the way to Breck and bought a lot of food/drinks. We also shopped a little at local grocery store which is good too. We ate at Downstairs Erics - good pizza; but too many young kids. Empire burger was awesome! Ollies was great. Mi Casa for mexican and the Columbine Cafe for breakfast. We thought the food prices were very reasonable. We really liked the location. We could walk to town and to the lifts. We would stay here again. I traveled with my husband, 17, 15 year old and a friend. It's very close to the Columbine pool which the kids used after skiing daily.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely awesome. The owners have added all the extra touches to provide the comforts of a home away from home (i.e., games, movies, comfy pillows and blankets, humidifiers, washer/dryer, big screen Tv's, and nice accessories). The living room furniture and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, dishes, pots/pans, small appliances needed to prepare just about any meal. The entire condo has been updated and very well maintained. In addition, Great Western Lodging was very nice to deal with. Without a doubt, we would stay in this condo and book through Great Western during our next visit to Breckenridge.

Really nothing bad to say! It is quite spacious (perfect for 2 couples), cozy and warm by the fireplace, and in an excellent location (close to the lift and main street area (if you walk through the short cut). We definitely would stay again and it was excellent value for the price!

Our family vacations in Breckenridge every summer and this was our second year staying in this condo. An easy walk to Main Street, a great kitchen, updated decor and garage parking are the things we like the most about this condo. Half of me wants to keep it our little secret so it's available when we need it again next year. Can't wait to visit again.

Nice friendly staff, good supplemental information on cycling trails. Good follow through on confirmations. condo in excellent condition, high end kitchen and Tv's. Sitting on the balcony listening to the sound of the nearby creek very relaxing. Web site pictures accurately presents the property.

We stayed in Powderhorn C202 in Feb. of 2012 and absolutely loved the unit and the proximity to the Mountain 9 lift and Main Street shops and restaurants. Check in/out was seamless with Great Western lodging. The unit is beautifully and comfortably decorated with a great view of the woods out of the living room window. Loved the gas fireplace and the big comfortable beds and couches. The kitchen was fully equipped. This unit is a very short walk to a main ski lift and to town and had indoor parking; perfect location and at a reasonable price. We plan on coming back!

The Powderhorn Complex is located steps away from the Peak 9 Lifts. Our condo was updated, modernize, and well equiped for all of our needs. We had a great time. Just two minor things that we would have liked but it was no big deal. In both bathrooms they have the cheesy plastic shower curtains, a glass shower door is needed as to keep up with the standards the rest of the beautiful condo. A blow dryer is a must for any condo - it's definately needed and not expensive to stock. Overall an Excellent condo in a great location.

This condo has been recently upgraded with new kitchen, tile, and furniture. It's location on the Blue River just up from Maggies pond is nice and quiet in the summer.

this was a great condo. nice size for several people. only complaint was the dryer did not work. other than that everything was perfect.

The condo is set in a peaceful area just blocks a way from main street making it easy to walk to. Open the windows and enjoyed the sounds of the Blue River rushing in the back ground. The condo was beautify decorated but lacked some finish work that was easy to over look. Perfect place for a family of four with two bedrooms and two baths and a pool and hot tubs within easy walking distance. The only thing that was annoying and can happen in any multi-condo environment is that we had some noisy neighbors a couple of the days. I will consider booking this condo again providing it is during off peak times.

This place is even better than the pictures. It is very spacious and incredibly clean! Its right at the base of peak 9 so you can walk to the lifts. Couldn't have a better place to stay in Breckenridge!!

Nice, clean condo that is very well kept. Easy access to the slopes and the town of Breckenridge. The walk to the lift is a little long, and no view of the slopes are the only downfalls.

We really enjoyed our stay at Powderhorn C202! We would definitely stay here again. Clean,warm and cozy. Wish the washer and dryer worked better! Would have been nice to have a heated garage. Also would like to have it closer to lifts or free bus pick-up.
