The Powderhorn condos are just steps across the stream from the high-speed 6-passenger Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9 and only two blocks to Main Street. This fourth floor Breckenridge condo offers a vaulted interior with plenty of natural light and a peaceful wooded view from both decks. The loft uniquely offers more livable space than any of the two bedrooms, complete with his & her separate bathroom vanities. Wonderful location - super close to Quicksilver lift and town activities. The unit was very clean and completely updated - easily slept 3 adults and 4 kids. Folks at GWL were very accommodating as well. Can't recommend it enough.
We were extremely pleased with the location and amenities of the Powderhorn condo. It was wonderful to have three full bathrooms and the extra TV in the kids room made life so easy. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and everything was so clean. The fireplace and the view were the cherry on top. Even a closet full of board games to occupy us after a day of skiing!
This unit was very nicely setup and decorated. All the internal features and appliances worked well with no issues. The one thing we noticed was the quality of the mattresses, many are due for a replacement. The location of the complex was fabulous and a short walk to the Quicksilver lift. Fyi, if you have a taller vehicle or a cargo box you may not fit in the garage as the clearance is right around 8'.

I am going to share this with the owner to note the need for the mattress replacements. Yes, the garage is quite short, the boss found out the hard way with his SUV. It is nice that Powderhorn has a good many parking spots outside for all the larger vehicles.

This is a wonderful unit, nicely appointed, convenient to ski lifts and town, with a serene quiet setting.
Unit was clean, bigger and nicer than expected. Check in was quick and have no complaints.
If visiting Breckenridge again I would stay at powderhorn again I also would recomend it to friends
Our family stayed at Powderhorn C402 during the Christmas Holidays. We had a great experience. The condo was very nice and clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for seven of us in a 2 bedroom with a loft. The under ground garage was very convenient, parked by the elevator and went straight up to our condo. We were just a short leisure walk to town. Getting to the Quicksilver lift was a short walk out the back side of the condo down a set of stairs then crossing over the bridge and walking up a short slope. Walking back up the stairs was the only inconvenience we had to deal with. The location of the condo is well worth it because it is close but away from all of the crowds. The hot tubs are great 2 large indoor hot tubs and 2 large outdoor hot tubs with a locker room and shower. They are located just across the street. If you want a nice and cozy condo with an awesome fireplace and a great location this is it.
We spent a great four nights here over Thanksgiving break. The condo was warm and inviting, and the kitchen adequately supplied with necessary cookware. I was disappointed the the advertised "king"- size bed in the loft was really a queen. The grill on the deck was handy. Great location for easy walk to the slopes or to downtown for shopping or dinner. I would recommend this rental.
The rooms were perfect for our family ski vacation. Having the ability to walk to Peak 9 and the town is exceptionaly nice. the price is perfect for our buget giving us the ability to enjoy a longer stay. Great Western Lodging also make our check-in process easy. Thank you for a wonderful option for buget minded people.
