Powderhorn C404 - 2bd+loft/2ba - Vacation Condominiums Breckenridge CO

We have stayed at the Powderhorn location four times over the last four years. He love the location of Powderhorn...it is convenient to everything, yet with a very secluded feeling. We have stayed in the same unit at Powderhorn for the last two years. The condo needs some attention. Many light bulbs out, refrig leaking both years (despite our notification to Management Company), unit needs painting, etc. Mostly minor details, but the property owner should know. We will probably look for another place in Breckenridge next year unless these details are corrected.

I've stayed in 8 different condo complexes over my 20+ years visiting Breck and this was one of our favorite units. Very spacious, well appointed and clean. Loved having the master upstairs, which enabled some privacy from the kids. Short walk to trails and downtown. Our only minor complaints are that the hot tub is across the street, and while this unit has a deck on both the top and bottom levels there are no chairs on the top level.

A refreshing change from a hotel, especially when staying for several nights. There was plenty of room for our family of 6! Wish they had ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, not just the living room...as the bedrooms were warm at night. Other than that, it was lovely. Open floorplan. Lots if light. Walking distance to the downtown shopping/restaurants in Breck.

We enjoyed our stay very much. I very nice unit and a well stocked kitchen, which we used extensively.

the condo was even more than what we expected. it was tastefully decorated and all the beds were very comfortable. Heather with Great Western was awesome!!

The unit is very roomy with comfortbale furnishings and perfect decor for the location. All aspects of the unit were top notch. I would highly recommedn this location and specifcally this unit.

We stayed and skied over our Springbreak week. We typically ski twice a year but had never stayed in Powderhorn. The unit (C404)was large and had been remodeled. It also had a washer & dryer in the unit. Nice kitchen. Master bedroom is a loft, so if anyone in your party stays up late, you have to deal with the noise below. We were pleasantly surprised with the accommadations. It does require a short walk down a path and across a walking bridge to the ski lift, but it wasn't too bad. We wore tennis shoes and carried our skis and ski boots then stored the shoes in a locker....made it easier for us. The hot tubs were shared with one or two other condo complexes across the street from Powderhorn; another short walk, but they had both indoor and outdoor hot tubs along with a heated swimming pool. All in all a very good stay at a reasonable price. We'd stay in this unit again. As usual, Great Western Lodging was great to work with.

The service from Great Western Lodging was excellent. Powderhorn C404 was perfect for us. The location was great. Excellent for ski in and ski out. The amenities were outstanding . We are already planning next years vacation at Breckenridge at Powderhorn.

This unit is immaculate. Two bedroom and a loft, three bathrooms, fireplace,large kitchen,two decks, simply everything you'd like in a condo. Check in was a breeze, and there were absolutely no problems. This side of Breckenridge is uiet in the summer and only a small walk to Maggies pond.

This was our first time skiing in Colorado. We love the snow and the large ski mountains. It was great also to be so close to the lifts; it allows you to sleep in a little. The place was well equipped and comfortable. We prefer to rent homes instead of hotel rooms. t really gives you a different experience at the place your visiting.
