Built in 1999, this beautifully decorated Breckenridge property is just steps away from the base of the Snowflake lift. Surrounded by open space and wetlands, this three bedroom condo rental has all the amenities including a gas fireplace, complimentary Wi-Fi and granite countertops. Underground heated parking, a fitness room, shared gas grills, private ski storage and elevator access add to the ease of this appealing ski-in/ski-out complex. Guests can also relax after a long day of skiing in the indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna and steam room. Town and ski area buses stop right at the base of the chair lift also.

The condo is nice, however the beds are in great need of updating! The mattresses are inferior, comforters need to be replaced and pillows hard as a rock! Just a little bit of money spent on updating the beds would go a long way.Condo also seems a bit small, packed with large furniture, no way 6 people could operate in this condo.fortuneatly we had 4 adults, used the extra bedroom to store our luggage.

We have completely updated the bedding in all of the bedrooms including new pillows for all beds right down to the spare pillows! Just a few weeks ago we have installed a new side by side fridge which includes a water filtration system. Riverbend was a nice rental, but I have stayed in many others equivalent to Riverbend for much less money. It was also very hard, really next to impossible to regulate the heat in the room. We had a window open all night in December!!

We have rented in the Riverbend complex for several years, spending a month or so each of the past 4 summers. While we like the location and the amenities of the Riverbend Lodge and have been pleased with the attentive service of Great Western Lodging, our stay this summer was a bit disappointing. First, this particular unit has much less storage space than other similar Riverbend units. The owner locks off half of each closet and several of the kitchen cupboards, making the unit impractical for a long stay. Second, we had recurring maintenance problems with the unit's freezer which were a great inconvenience and caused us to waste a lot of our vacation waiting for maintenance people and fretting over thawed ice cream. We'd suggest looking at another unit if you want to stay in this part of Breckenridge.

The 113 Riverbend home is exquisite! The location is wonderful as it's right next to the Snowflake lift which gets minimal traffic in comparison to the other lifts. The home was spacious enough to have all of our 5 grown children (and one spouse) stay comfortably. The decorations are warm and tasteful and the kitchen is well equipped for even my gourmet chef of a husband to be happy! I highly recommend this condo!

The Riverbend property is a very nice property for ski in ski out. The Riverbend is only a 5 minute down hill walk to the Snowflake lift. The Snowflake lift is actually behind the Condo. We stayed in RM 113 and the two patio areas work out nice in the morning to see our family on the snowflake lift. The rooms are nicely decorated and the heated kitchen floors were a plus. They had a jacuzzi tub on our floor and the indoor garage was very nice. Overall the condo at Riverbend was very enjoyable and we would come back and stay again.

The Riverbend Property turned out to be a great place to spend our winter ski vacation. The property was well-located, close to the center of Breckenridge, and adjacent to Snowflake ski lift. Our 3-bedroom condo was nicely decorated and comfortable, radiant-heated, the beds were great. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed. We were never disturbed by noise from other units. Since I am allergic to chlorine, there was only one downside and that was the smell of chlorine in the hallway from the indoor hot tub.
