Wonderful 5 nights for party of 5. Condo is clean, updated, roomy and reasonably priced. We could have easily added 3 more people with room to spare. Minor problems with satellite TV but Great Western Lodging staff responded promptly. Spa and fitness rooms (also very clean) are just doors away. Condo is just steps from Snowflake lift, ticket office, Charter Sports rentals (great service) and bus stop. The family has always enjoyed stays at Riverbend complex.

We rented a 3 bedroom which should sleep 10, our party had 8, perfect...wrong!! The one bedroom that is appointed with 2 sets of bunk beds, were basically unsleepable! The top bunks were so saggy they reminded me of an old mule's back! And be certain you're not any taller that 5', because you won't fit on the bed! So with that we say no problem, 2 people will sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room, well considering this was a better option than the old mule's in the bedroom, until you realize the sofa looks like it was just relocated from a fraternity house, talk about used and abused!! And the best part was, while this was a better option than the first...the window in the living room closet to the fireplace was broken, imagine the cold air that flows in the window when it's -15 degrees outside! The party that slept on the sofa had to use the couch cushions as insulation on the window at night! Now, you would think that a unit that sleeps 10 would have ample seating for the party they are suggesting, wrong! For dining you are outfitted with a table that seats 6 people, however there is one chair that it held together screws and gorilla glue and is basically unsafe to sit on, so now you're down to 5 chairs, for 8 people in our party or the suggested 10 they advertise, there are 3 bar stools that are available, so we managed. It's always nice to sit down for a meal and have 3 people not seated with you!! Now that we've gotten past mealtime, it's time to relax after a great day of skiing in the living area...your options; the before mentioned fraternity sofa, a loveseat to match and a chair, again enough space for 6 guests, not 8 or 10!

This vacation rental was so amazing, perfectly clean and tidy. It was very difficult to figure out how to turn on the shower. It took about 30 minutes to figure it out. Also the bunk beds were very creaky my kids found it hard to sleep since It creaked so much. Thank you for the wonderful accomodations.

We stayed at Riverbend with our adult children, along with two of our grandchildren, ages 4 & 2. It was delightful. Comfortable for all of us, location right off the river was perfect. Loads of things to do. No doubt we'll try to stay here again.

The service was excellent... the rooms were large and comfortable and the location in relation to the lifts made for a GREAT first time ski experiance. It was ALL good!!! Thanks.

Great location. The travel insurance was well worth it as we had a travel partner break his leg. The only complaint was that the humidifiers in the rental did not work (2 of them).

It was our first time to Breckenridge and hadn't done a lot of research on lodging for the area. My family and especially me( I made the reservation) were very happy. We will be back. There were some minor issues, heating the heat is uneven and not real controllable. And then there's the altitude. Though this isn't the resorts fault they could let customers know that it could affect them and how to cope with altitude sickness. We'll bring O2 next time. As some in our party could have used it. It affects everyone differently. My five year-old learned to REALLY ski(thanks ski school). The rest of us grew as well. This trip was one of our best.

The proximity of the condo to the Snowflake lift is great, and there is near ski-in access. Heated garage with a guaranteed parking spot is excellent. Indoor and outdoor spas serviceable, but a pool would really be a nice addition and was missed by several in our party. The entire property was clean, including our condo, and in good condition. The major issue with the property is in-floor heating that doesn't seem to respond in any manner to the thermostat. We often had the windows open to cool off the property, and all rooms were different temperatures. This was a pain, especially with kids that would wake up in extremely hot or cold rooms, depending on the night.

We rented the 3 bedroom condo for a baseball tournament in July 2008, and it was more than we could ask for. It was in amazing condition, and was warm in cozy! We will be back!

It is de first time that we stay in Riverbend 115. We enjoyed the condo because it has all we needed. In addition, wereally like the location beacuse we could sky in and out very easy. Moreover, it is close to the main street, wher we used to walk after skying. On the other hand, we didn't have any problem with chek-in issues and keys. The check-out was easy as well, but in my opinion 10:00 am as the time limit is a little to early. Therefore, the suggestion that I could give you is to move the checking-out time between 11:00 and 12:00. This small detail could make a big difference among other condos' options. If it is possible, let me know about season- rental packages!
