Saddlewood 34 - 3bd/3b - Luxury Ski In Ski Out Breckenridge Townhome

My brother and I and our families (a group of 8) spent 4 nights at this awesome property. It has an ideal floor plan and, unlike so many rentals, it includes all the necessities / luxuries of home (e.g., loads of towels, every type of cookware and implement you could need to prepare enjoyable meals, comfortable beds, two living spaces to spread out in and an efficient ski storage setup by the back door (e.g., ski, boot, and board rack, multiple coat hooks and shelves for helmets, baskets for gloves and hats, and a bench for putting on boots. It's definitely a ski-in ski-out property. The person who owns this is sets the gold standard for creating an ideal vacation space.

This was our first trip to Breckenridge and it will be hard to top our experience. The views from the home were amazing, the layout was perfect for our group of six & the furnishings were lovely. A lot of thought was given to the details of the home; heated floors in the bathrooms, thick towels, very nice kitchen furnishings & an area to store our ski gear - this all contributed to a relaxing and luxurious week. The trail back to the home was roped off, but we figured out the next day that we could duck under the rope and skied right to the back doorstep. (We thought the rope was there to prevent the general population from skiing behind the homes along the path.) Overall, a wonderful stay and we'd definitely like to return one day.

Saddlebrook is conveniently located close to Main Street in Breckenridge yet manages to give the feel of being in the mountains. Wonderful property, excellent amenities, lots of space.

I would recommend it to anyone and we would definitely stay there again.

This was our first time staying at Saddlewood 34. We have actually stayed next door a few times in Saddlewood 30, so we were already familiar with the location, the true ski in/ski out convenience and the layout of the townhome. We stayed for 9 nights in this unit. It is a beautiful townhome with 3 bedrooms, living room, den, kitchen, washer/dryer, garage, hot tub, deck with a grill, and more. The top floor has the Master bedroom with a beautiful Master bath. We really liked staying in this unit, although there were a few minor things I did not like. We bring our own food to save on the expense of eating out and there really was nowhere to put our food other than in the refrigerator. All of the cupboards were full and counter space is very limited. The other thing is that this unit is decorated beautifully. But there is stuff everywhere and we ended up moving things so that we could use the dining table, end tables, coffee table, etc. These are the reasons for only 4 stars. The Hottub was sparkling clean and the den was a big plus because it is set up with places to put your coats, ski gear, etc. It has tile floors, a bench to sit on as well as a couch and chair in it. We went right out the sliding door right on to the snowflake run. The downside is that the snowflake run can take a little extra work to get back to the unit...the key is getting your speed up, otherwise you have to walk or pole it for a little ways until you hit the downslope to get on back to the unit. The unit was very clean, the grill was nice to use, the TV w/home theater and pandora music was very nice and easy to use. It is a quiet location and we never heard the people in the attached unit. The rates on this unit were better than other true ski in ski out locations, so we will definitely be checking in to renting this unit again. Would love to own a quarter share or more of one of these units just so I could go back to Breckenridge more often!

This is a great location with the slope out your back door. Great private hot tub. Wonderful warm, cozy floors. Great beds. Perfect size for our family of 5. Updated interiors.

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge in large part due to the great accommodations that the Saddlewood townhouse provided. With three couples and children in tow we still were able to enjoy a bit of privacy because of the three story layout. The views from the balcony were superb and the amenities fabulous. The kitchen was well supplied and we especially loved the heated floors in the bathroom. Saddlewood was convenient to everything and being a ski-in/ski-out didn?t hurt either though the skiing ?in? part did require some effort on the long flat trail leading home. The layout of the slope is certainly not the fault of the townhome but an effort worth mentioning just the same. We hope to return to Breckenridge in the near future and will certainly be requesting Saddlewood 34 again. My family and friends have all commented that we couldn't ask for a better situation. Thanks.

Advertised as ski-in ski-out, but it is definitely pole in, and not a short distance.

This house was great! Plenty of room for two families. We had 6 in our party and all had great time here. We would definately stay here again! This was a great place to ski in/Ski out! Already planning our next visit here! Thank you Thank you Thank you
