Sawmill Creek 102 - 2bd/2ba - Breckenridge Ski Vacation Condos

Sawmill Condo's are located within 2 blocks of the intersection of Main Street and Ski Hill Road in downtown Breckenridge. Ski Shuttle pickup is right in front of Sawmill Condo's and you can ski back on 4 O clock run. Unit was clean and well furnished - we slept 7 adults without any problem.

Have stayed at several different units inside Sawmill Creek Condos. Look at the pictures. If it looks nice, it probably is as nice as the pic. If it looks out of date with style, it is. Wysiwyg. I like the units with flat screen tvs, nicer furniture, and not so hideous decorations in the bedrooms. But even the first unit we stayed in, while kinda tacky, was still fantastic overall. Quiet place in the summer. Can't go wrong. Look for deals on property and call Great Western Lodging and see if they will deal. Repeat customers always get treated well!

Our whole family has really enjoyed this unit, enough that this was our second rental of it. It has exceptionally nicely equipped bedrooms, and the layout of the living room is cozy and comfortable. It's all very clean and modern. The location and view are great, and it is nice to have a covered garage--we just leave our vehicle there the entire trip, since we can easily walk anywhere in town from this location. It's great having a bus stop right outside the door, and fun to be able to ski "home" down 4 o'clock run for the last run of the day. It's really a great rental, and one which we will likely rent again. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score was that, being on a lower level, you can have noisy neighbors above you, and there was apparently some sort of circus act staying above us one night, which wore a little thin. Otherwise, I can't imagine a better place.

Great Western Lodging recommended unit 102 to us and we were pleased how well the owners had taken care of the condo. It was very nicely decorated and had a "welome home" atmosphere. We loved the location and was able to walk to about anywhere we wanted to go. We would go back again! One suggestion for the owners to consider would be to put a light above the sink so you didn't always have to have the big light on overhead. Thanks for sharing your great condo with us!

We were pleased with location as you could walk to town & it also had parking for our car as we traveled to surrounding ski areas. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable.

We stayed in #102 at Sawmill Creek for Spring Break 2011 with our 2 grown sons, daughter-in-law and girlfriend. The condo was comfortable and very adequate for the 6 of us. We did not have any problems. I guess if I had to find a negative, it would be that the mattress on the sofa bed was not comfortable. My son's girlfriend opted to sleep on the couch without opening up the bed and she did fine. Next time, we will probably go for a 3 bedroom. We would like to be closer to walk to the lift, but Sawmill Creek is in a good location, close to town, and short shuttle ride to lift. It is a great value. If you are not willing to pay the extra to walk to the lift, then this is your place. We would stay there again and would recommend it to our friends.

This condo was exactly what we wanted and needed. We like Sawmill Creed for its location at the end of 4 o'clock run and easy walking distance to all of town. The condo is even nicer and roomier than the pictures indicate. Since you walk everywhere, the covered garage is appreciated. The only negative we had was one night with noise from a nearby unit, but you can run into that anywhere. All in all, we couldn't have been more pleased. And yes, we've already recommended it to friends.

The condo was very nice & had everything we needed to make our stay a fun time. Location was fantastic. The only complaint I had was the Queen sleeper was not comfortable otherwise it was wonderful.

We loved our stay at Sawmill...ask for unit 102! It had everything we needed. So convenient ...walk to the gondolla and ski home to your front door! very close to downtown and grocery store...easily slept the 6 of us. kitchen had everything I could have ask for and appliances seemed to be brand new(except a very old washer and dryer.) Great flatscreen TV and gas fireplace to relax after a day on the slopes We would stay there again...only drawback would be NO view from our balcony and hot tubs were inside community area shared by all units- but for the $ it was a good deal.

This was a very nice place to stay. I really liked the layout. The 8 of us were able to relax and feel comfortable together. It had enough space for everything, and the kitchen had everything we needed. At the end of the day you could ski right to your front door. You were also able to walk across the street and enjoy the shopping.

I loved this place. I went there for my honeymoon and would go back to the exact place again and I hope to! It was a wonderful experience!
