With extra bedding in the second bedroom, this is a great unit for families who want to make the best use of their space. The Sawmill Creek complex provides one covered parking space, two indoor hot tubs and elevator access. Only 20 yards from the Four O’clock ski run, you can ski home at the end of the day. With shuttle stops right outside the complex, you can make your way to the Snowflake Lift in less than five minutes. Downtown Main Street is only a block away, and provides you with all the shopping and dining you can enjoy.

    Comfortable "Ski-in"


    This was one of two units we rented for a couple's weekend. It was by far the best unit of the two. It was comfortably furnished and well stocked in the kitchen. We appreciated the washer/ dryer and the ski locker immediately outside the front door. You can't beat the "ski-in", with a trail that literally stops 6 ft from the condo elevator. However, it is a little trickier getting to the lifts. The buses (at least while we were there) were not consistent in any way. We waited for a bus up to 25 mins at times. Other than that this was a "good" unit- nothing outstanding, but comfortable.

    I would highly recommend staying here. It was very clean, easy to find, beautiful property, walking distance to Main St. We will definitely stay here when we come back to visit. Gw Lodging staff was very friendly and helpful. Two thumbs up from Texas!



    enjoyd r stay. great location.the condo was great for 6 people.furnishings and kitchen was well supplied.the living room carpet could be cleaned a little sure and tell the owners that we did enjoy our stay!!!

    A lovely apartment with a great location


    I genuinely loved my time in this apartment. The only negative thing was the noise from the traffic, but it's good to wake up early in Breckenridge because there is so much to do and not enough time in a day!

    Place was clean and the furniture was very nice. Couldn't ask for a better place.

    Loved the place. Good space, plenty of room. Access to the grill outside the door worked great. With more snow would have been perfect.
