Vacation Rental Summary
The unit is very outdated. The toilet in the bathroom kept running, the doors did not close well, the main door locks were hard to work, the kitchen faucet did not work well - hard to adjust from cold to hot. The shower water was either very hot or very cold - hard to adjust to warm. However, they made sure that you were going to pay if something was out of order when you left. Was afraid they would come back for something that was already ruined (stains on furniture, tile missing, etc.). They only had 2 hot tubs, no pool and it was not in a good location. Will not stay again and will not recommend -- people are always asking where they should stay when visiting Breckenridge. There was one good thing - the location and parking were good.
Dear Not Happy:
Thank you for your review of Sawmill Creek #107! We always like to hear from our guests and this is great information for us to make sure that our units are getting the attention needed and guest’s are experiencing exceptional customer service.
I have shared this with the homeowner to let them know about the need for a total remodel of the unit, including the bathrooms, the kitchen, the furniture, the flooring, etc. The owners are actually here in their unit right now and have been researching a remodel, so this is great information to provide them. Thank you for noting!
The front desk will also be notified about their check-in policies, as it should be noted that the current condition of the unit is recorded prior to arrivals, so nothing that was previously there would ever go against a security authorization. Great feedback to take back to the staff!
Please let me know if there is anything I can assist with for your next trip to Breckenridge!

Great Western Lodging
Highly recommend both the town and Great Western Lodging.
Nice condo building locate 1 block from Main Street. The free ski resort shuttle bus stops directly in front of the building. On the way back you can actually ski down the Four O.Clock Run, which ends a few steps away from the condo's entrance. The unit we stayed in was nicely furnished and very spacious. 2bdrm/2bth. Plenty of towels for our party of 6, well equipped kitchen with all utensils, 3 Tv's, Ski storage room right outside our unit. Excellent stay.
Sawmill Creek 107...by far the best stay we have been in...this being the third time at sawmill creek...these living quarters were perfct in every way. Would request this room again.
We love Sawmill Creek -- great price for the value! The only problem we had...the toilet in the unit above us was broken and leaked into one of or bathrooms. The maintenance staff was prompt and helpful, however, it did put a "damper" on things for a few days until it was repaired.
