The condo is a great location -- right by the 4 O'Clock trail so it's ski-in, with a bus stop right by the entrance so it's easy access to start the day. Condo is nicely laid out, comfortable. Great Western is always great to work with. Will definitely look for this condo on the next trip.

the unit was up to date with Granite and new furniture. It had a wonderful "cabin" feel, but was very modern. The spare bedroom was perfect for us with double bunk beds and lots of closet space for storage. We enjoyed the flexibility of the Ski-in/out location! We would definately request this resort and this unit again!

Elegant accommadations, the wood fireplace was the best feature and the granite countertops, plus steam shower lined with granite tile was to die for! We loved our anniversary getaway and the pick-up for the ski slopes were right out the parking lot... very convenient. You'll love it.

Condo was perfect. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable furnishings, comfortable beds, plenty of bed space. Great to have a real wood fire after a day of skiing. Location is great -- easy pickup for the shuttles right outside the condos, ski right back to the condos at the end of the day. Will definitely look at staying here on future trips!

We stayed at Saw Mill Creek # 109 Feb. 23-27, 2012, it was great! Great Location, its right across the street from the bus stop to Peak 8 where we spent most of our time, there is a bus stop right at the end of the driveway to complex but I believe that went to Peak 9, which was to hard for us..lol. We were in walking distance of the gondola (which is free), lots of shopping and bars/restaurants. Hot tubs were great after a long day of skiing. We also went tubing (@Great adventure) and dog sledding (@Good Times adventures), which were Sooo much fun! We recommed Blue Moose Restaurant for breakfast and Spencers Restaurant for Prime Rib (stick with the med/rare or else it might be to dry) and the queen cut is just fine, the all you can eat is so big we only ate one piece each. As far as a shuttle to and from airport we used Peak One Express, the guy Matt was wo nice! Trip from airport is more then one hour, plan about a hour and 30 minutes. City Market grocery store has super reasonable prices, thats were we got our groceries from. Breckenridge Brewery was awesome, good food and beer! We would also like to recommend Jenny at Evaluation Ski Rentals, her prices are great and she is super good at her job! Heater did break in one of the bedrooms but they came fast to replace it. Hot water tank didnt last long but there were 4 of us, so maybe that had something to do with it. One of the bathrooms had a steam shower which was super cool since Ive never used on before. All in all we had a great time and we look forward to coming back next year!

This unit itself was lovely. We enjoyed opening the living room windows and hearing the creek just below us. The fireplace was awesome! I have stayed in other units before at Sawmill, but probably won't rent #109 again. On the downside, the patio is tucked in the corner, very small, and is ground level. Lots of kids running around between the 2 buildings, so not terribly private. Also, no patio furniture! We had to drag the kitchen chairs outside to sit.

Breckenridge is the ultimate, outdoor vacation spot. If you enjoy hiking, biking, beautiful scenery and a friendly, small town, this is the place for you to visit. This unit at Sawmill had everything to make my vacation a wonderful experience. There were books, puzzles, extra cleaning supplies and the unit itself was warm and cozy. I would definitely rebook. The owners know how to make a guest feel welcome.
