Ski in from the Four O'clock run and you will be 20 yards from Sawmill Creek condos. This recently remodeled condo is in prime location to town and the ski area. Walk out and take a few minutes shuttle ride to the Snowflake Chair, or walk a block into the historic Main Street of Breckenridge. Either way you will have a great time. This unit comes furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, two indoor hot tubs, shared grills on the patio and a covered parking space.

    When we arrived at the 2 bedroom condo we were already amazed at how clean it was. Location was walking distance to just about everything in town (2 blocks from Main st) and was set in a very quiet area, so we didn't hear any road noise. The 4 o'clock run literally ran past the main building and was only about 50 steps from out front door! The only complaints that I had were all of the thermostats in the unit (There were 7 of them) which made it a challenge to adjust the temperature. The other was the fireplace didn't always turn on, but that could have been due to the battery-operated started needing new batteries.

    Antiquated apartment, perfect location

    the apartment was really old and dirty, however the location was great. and it was fine for a group of young people.

Took the unit down to the studs even and completely remodeled everything – the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and both bathrooms! To the point of moving walls around!     The location at the base of 4 o" clock run is superb. The unit is old and in need of a face lift. The refigerator door handle is missing. There was an active leakin the 2nd bedroom complete with dripping water and plaster. The blankets are old and threadbare. No hair dryer was provided. I was directed to the nearest grocery store instead to buy one. Great location, in need of an update.

    We stayed at Sawmill Creek, in January. It was our second stay there. I take customers out to ski every year, and we always stay at Sawmill Creek. The shuttle-out and ski-in arrangement is great. You can start on any part of the mountain and then your last run in is something familiar and unknown territory. Also, it is very convenient to rent your skis righta across the street, and walk downtown for meals and shopping.

    ski back to condo on four o'clock run - condo right next to 4 o'clock run at the end. nice place to stay and economical - walking distance to snowflake lift or very short bus ride.

    The rental was clean and nice. It was in a perfect location in Breck. We were at the bottom of the 4 o'clock run so my sons and their dad simply skied home in the evenings. The accommodations were comfortable and I was glad to see so many utensils in the kitchen. There was plenty of room for our 5 member family and checkin and out was a breeze. Thanks.
