Vacation Rental Summary
We stayed at Sawmill Condo during a summer visit to Breckenridge. The location is perfect for walking or busing around town, convenient to bike paths and hiking trail and close enough to walk to gondola for peak 8. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub as a way to relax after long day hikes. We took a few trips up to Boreas Pass which just a short drive (ample covered parking for those who drive or rent a car for this stay) This unit was clean, simply decorated and well stocked with everything you need when away from home.
Good location and nicely furnished. Would like to see more kitchen equipment and updated pots given that the non-stick pans were quite scratched.

the condo was very nice. Had 2 great bedrooms and baths. Best stocked kitchen we have stayed in. Everything we needed for cooking. Great location - could walk to downtown.
This unit is very convenient to Main Street in Breckenridge, and is at the base of 4 O'Clock run, so it is ski-in. The unit is spacious and well maintained, and has plenty of bedding. I would definitely stay here again.

We have traveled to Breckenridge many times for our ski vacations. Lodging has always been determined solely on price which resulted in a few poor choices. This year we picked Sawmill Creek Condos. The condo was great and price was no different. Being able to ski in made a huge positive impact. No worries of coordinating with the group. When you've had enough, you ski home. The unit was well equipped, clean & comfortable. I strongly recommend this location and Great Western Lodging made the reservation process a breeze.
We skied right to the building, walked 50 yards to the shuttle, for the price you can't beat it. Room was very nice and comfortable.
My friends and I had stayed in the exact same unit the year before so we knew what to expect. The service is fantastic and the location cannot be beat! It is located one block off of Main Street and is close to all amenities, including the local City Market. I highly recommend staying here!
Both my husband and I and the couple that came with us enjoyed our stay with you. The condo was everything we expected. The ski-in access was great and it was within easy walking distance to main street. What we enjoyed most was the easy access, what we liked the least was the access to the hot tub (it's cold walking around outside in the winter in a bathing suit!). The condo unit itself had everything we expected and the furnishings were very nice. Both of our families would definitely consider staying here when we come again and would recommend it to our friends.
I enjoyed the location because you could catch the shuttle to the lifts right in front of the condo. Their was a slope to ski in to the condo. If you wanted to go shopping in town it was only 2 blocks to shops and restaurants (walking distance). I had two maintenence issues while there and had to make a call to the office and a maintenence guy came the same day to address the problem. They were prompt during the busiest week of the season.
I organized our trip to Breckenridge for a girls weekend and this place was an incredible place to stay. It really stood out to me with the number of beds to accommodate our larger group for a very competitive price. The condo was extremely clean with nice, new furnishings. We had a great time. Also especially liked it's location to Main Street.
These condos are ski-in, short ride to lifts, convenient to Main St and ski rental shops. Not luxurious but spacious. Multiple bed arrangements and you can see room pictures online. This condo had plenty of beds for singles. Great Western agents also very helpful. Definitely would stay here again.
My husband, daughter and I spent a week at the condo in Breck and the accomadations were great. We were close to the action and yet it was very quiet. The beds were comfortable, lots of warm water and the kitchen was fully stocked with good appliances if you wanted to cook. Luckly for us we were close to restraunts so I did not cook. It was my vacation also.l
