Vacation Rental Summary
We had a great weekend of skiing and all around fun! The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything needed to cook. The only issue was the beds-too hard so sleeping at night wasn't the best. All in all, it was a nice place to stay and would recommend.

Thank you for your review of Sawmill Creek #207! We always like to hear from our guests and this is great information for us to make sure that our units are getting the attention needed and guest’s are experiencing exceptional customer service.
Unfortunately, the Sawmill Creek Homeowner Association Bylaws do not allow trailers to be parked on site at the property. We will always try our best to accommodate any trailers if possible at other properties that do allow them, but we pretty much always have to rely on the Town of Breckenridge’s fee based parking at the Satellite Parking Lot. Thank you for noting though!

Nice accomodations [ furnishings, utensils, and misc. ]. Location was perfect for finishing a long day on the slopes. Other pluses - hot tub was awesome, on-site storage, covered parking, and quick access to shuttle and downtown. One downer was the elevator was inop during most of our stay, fortunately we were only on the 2nd floor. thanks.
First night there was obvious problem with a broken toilet in next unit ... leaking. It kept recycling every 6.5 minutes. Loud and interrupted sleep. Two separate calls (one to registration office, and the other to local maintenance) were needed to correct. Traffic from S. Park Road/CO 9 was too noisy. Unit is in obvious need of renovation, which other condos have benefited from. Corridor snow cleaning could have been more frequent. Mid-week cleaning would have been nice ... Beaver Creek always provides that.
