Recently renovated with new furniture and granite counter tops in the kitchen as well as in the bathrooms, this unit makes you feel good about your stay. Curl up next to the fire while watching your favorite DVD, or stop down by the two indoor hot tubs after a great day on the mountain. Inside the unit you will also have a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Sawmill Creek offers a covered parking space for our guest, and is located just 20 yards from the bottom of the Four O'clock run, one a block from town.

Vacation Rental Summary
Stayed 7 nights at the Sawmill Creek condos in Breckenridge. Outstanding location - the place is steps away from the Free Ride shuttle stop, which provides painless transport up to the Breck mountains. Free Ride also gets you to the transit center, where there are free busses to Keystone and a-basin. Coming home at the end of the day, the 4 o'clock run ends right by this condo. The condo itself was very nice, spacious and well-appointed. Kudos to the Great Western staff for recommending this place. The best recommendation for this place - we will be staying here again next year.
The skiing was awesome. The condo was totally comfortable and convenient for skiing and for dining. The hot tub was an added bonus. A fun time was had by all. Thanks.
The location of this rental is perfect. There is a shuttle pick up for the mountain right outside the complex, and you can reach Main Street in 5 minutes of walking or less. You could also ski back to the complex at the end of the day if you preferred. The bedrooms need some updating, but everything is super clean and worked well. We had 2 couples traveling and the bedrooms worked well for that, but would also work great for a family.
The place was clean and was exactly as promised. The place had granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were of normal hotel comfort quality. Tv could use updating. Very easy to ski down at the end of the day and easy walk to nearby shops. Price was reasonable.
We love staying at Sawmill Creek because it's reasonably priced and easy to get to Main Street.
The rental was very nice. It was roomy and had all the ammenities you needed for your stay. We had an issue with our refrigerator defrosting but someone was out to fix it within a half hour. The location was great! I would recommend this unit to others.
Sawmill Creek is my favorite place to stay when staying in Breckenridge. I go snowboarding about 5-6 times a year, and if you want to stay in town, this is it. Walking distance to town, walking distance to slopes (although I usually opt for the bus stop right in front of the condo), you can ski straight to the door at the end of the day, and the price is perfect, inexpensive. My only negatives are that the parking situation is not that great and they only let you have 1 parking spot per unit. These units sleep 8, so you almost always have more than 1 car if you have a full condo. My other negative is the hot tub set up. They have 2 hot tubs, but they aren't huge and fill up quickly. It would be nice if they could somehow add another hot tub, possibly an outdoor one. One last thing, the units have a washer and dryer, but they didn't have any detergent...it would be nice if that was provided. Also, the company that manages these units, Great Western Lodging, has always been great. I have rented through them at least 6 times. One employee, Cole, is so helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous that if he hasn't already been promoted, he should be. He is the kind of employee you want as part of your organization.
ski 2-3 times a year and sawmill is my family favorite with excellent location and bus stop next to it,quality room with good pricing and proximity to shopping as well as adequate parking around building.amenities a pleasant extra.Highly recommend
