Sawmill Creek 210 - 2bd/2ba - Breckenridge Ski Vacation Condo Rentals

We have been there only for the weekend but we can say that the place was great!!! It is complete, clean, spacious. It has everything you need for your staying.

The only problem with our stay is that we couldn't stay longer.

My family and I enjoyed the pleasant staff, the location and the warm and inviting condo.

Overall fine. Very noisey in terms of the people above us. I've stayed at Sawmill previously and believe it is a result of the buildings... either poor or old construction just means you can hear people if in a until below. Annoying as you don't really have the privacy you would hope to get given the amount paid. Also when I had previously stayed we were able to check onsite vs. an office off the main strip. It would be nice to be able to do everything all in one place...

Comfortable, updated and clean unit. Well stocked kitchen and good location. Would definately stay here again.

We booked this at the last minute. The condo was perfect for us. Comfortable, clean, updated. 3 teenagers and us had plenty of room. Perfect location. Shuttle out and ski in. Will stay here again.

The condo was perfect for us - my children (ages 11 & 7) really wanted to build a snowman and play in the snow - the courtyard was perfect for that and I didn't need to worry about passing cars. The bus pickup to the lifts was right outside (which was helpful since I don't walk too well in ski boots). We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We love staying at this complex because it is so convient to town and to ski at Breckenridge. This was also a great unit, one of the best we have stayed at, love all of the remodeling that has been done.

We rented this condo over MLK weekend in 1/09. Furnishings were comfortable & updated. The kitchen was well stocked so we ate in for several meals. Location was tops - our group skied in for lunch every day, and walked to Main St for dinner & shopping. Internet access was easy. Kids loved the flat screen tv! Rate was great compared to other places we looked at. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to our friends. Great Western Lodging was top notch to work with also. Thanks for an awesome Breckenridge ski trip!

This condo comfortably slept and accommodated 8 people. We did not feel crowded, especially in the living area. Nice fireplace and flat screen television. It was very handy to the shuttle bus stop right beside the driveway entrance. The best part was that you could ski back to the condo. The Great Western staff was great and very accommodating. We arrived kind of late to check-in, and they took care of us in a warm and friendly manner.

Stayed at Sawmill Creek #210 from Jan. 10-15, 2009. It has a perfect location 2 blocks from the base of the gondola and has a bus stop right outside the front of the property. You can literally ski down to the elevator door off the 4 O'Clock Trail! #210 was an excellent condo..including the flat panel TV above the fire place! Everything was as described...plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils. We had one issue where the washer broke the 2nd day we were there. GWL was on top of the issue, provided new towels everyday, and allowed us to go the condo next door to do laundry every night. Two hot tubs were life savers at the end of long days on the slopes. Highly recommend!!! We will be back!

I highly recommend the Sawmill Creek condominiums. We had never been to Brecknridge and rented these sight unseen. We WERE NOT disapointed. We will be back next summer!!! We stayed in Sawmill Creek 210. There were four adults and two small children. The full kitchen was very handy, as with small children, it is not always convenient to eat out every meal. The fire place was also a nice touch. These condos are very clean and comfortable. Also, with small kids, we had lots of laundry. The included washer and dryer came in very handy also. Like I said, We know that we will go with Great Western Lodging's Sawmill Creek Condos again in the future.
