    The unit was neat and clean and very close to town and the bus stop for the ski lifts. The memory mattresses in all three beds were extremely comfortable. I am thinking about getting one for my home. The only criticism I had was that the lighting in the rooms was poor. Larger bulbs are needed to see at night. I would stay there again.

    First, we have stayed at Sawmill Creek Condominiums several times and have always enjoyed the convenient location and the several units we have stayed in. Unit 211 was very well kept, clean, and everything was in working order. The kitchen had everything one would need. The grounds are attractive, especially the mountain stream that runs through the condos. We will return again. Matt and Beverly

    The condo itself and the location were both great. The only complaint is the traffic noise. The complex also waters the grass far too much.

    It was an enjoyable stay.

    We've been staying at the Sawmill for about 6 years now and love it! It's a wonderful place with excellent accommodations. If you're headed to Breck, it's definitely a convenient place to stay. Right on the bus line to the mountain, and at the base of the 4 o'clock run, so you can literally ski to the elevator.

    Location was wonderful for the shoppers and skiiers

    The location was wonderful - walking distance for dining, shopping and winter sports. The property - this unit in particular - was immaculately clean and stocked well for the everyday essentials needed (i.e. kitchen utencils and bath towels). Check-in and check-out were very quick and the staff was friendly. They recommended ski-rental place to us which was great - best deal in town and picked up/delivered all the equipment right to our door...Thank you for the wonderful stay!

    This condo is close to everything. I stayed here during ski season once. It was great to finish off the day by skiing down the Four O'Clock run and skiing right into the condo. Plus, by staying at a ski in location, we were able to save on meals by returning to the condo for lunch. My most recent trip was in the summer with the family. The condo was very nicely furnished. It was obvious that it had recently been remodeled. It was equivalent to some of the more expensive condos in Breckenridge. This condo is a great value for a nice condo in a great location.
