Sawmill Creek 212 - 2bd/2ba - Breckenridge Colorado Condo Rentals

The amenities were great at Sawmill, and Great Western Lodging. The Condo was very convenient to the bus stop to take you to the slopes.

We enjoyed our stay. everything very convenient to this location. the sound issues were: we could hear people upstairs walking in unit and our neighbors enjoyed music loudly. we reported noise and it was better after that, some people need to be reminded that they have neighbors. Thanks.

The condo is our favorite at Breck. We like it because of the location and the convenience, spaciousness and cleanliness. And always never have a hassle checking-in.

The condo was beautiful and the building is very convenient to main street, one block off. Don't agree with paying a $65 clean fee and then still being asked to take out the trash and run the dishwasher before we left?

We liked the place. It was above average for Breck accommodations. It would be nice if they could do something to protect the corridors from the elements a bit, and there was a major ice problem on the stairs. That was a bit dangerous. Inside the unit was awesome though. We had a great time.

The location is great for summer and good for winter. No need to get the car out for the 1 block walk to town.

We have been going to Brekenridge in the summer for over 15 years. We have stayed at Sawmill Creek before due to its great location, amenities (e.g. hot tub, underground parking). It is walking distance to all of the downtown shops/restaurants, has nice views, and is short drive (2-5minutes) to numerous hiking trail heads, grocery store, etc. The building itself had an exterior upgrade a couple years ago. The Great Western Lodging company's website allows you to see pictures of all of the units. This unit is probably the nicest in the complex. Recently remodeled with granite counters, tile, flat screen, nice bedding, new furniture, etc. The only drawback (albeit very minor) is that the condo is close to a busy intersection, so you can get a fair amount of road noise. Some condos within this particular building are in close proximity to a stream that runs through the complex, which is nice to listen to at night.

This place exceed our expectations. We have a great time and we were close to everything. The apartment is great, cozy, quit and decorate with an exquisite taste.

We chose to spend the Thanksgiving holiday in Breckenridge. My family included my husband, 2 children ages 6 and 2, and brother-in-law, 23. The property was even more spacious than it appeared in photos online. The kitchen was surprisingly fully-equipped and afforded me the chance to prepare a complete Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. The accomodations were modern and the decor, the perfect blend of lodgy and cozy (it would be so easy to overdue the lodginess, if you know what I mean!) We were right on the bus line for easy access to slopes. We would definitely chose this property again.

Great place. Rooms were well furbished, everything was as described or better.

I FOUND THIS UNIT TO BE VERY NICE AND A SHORT BUS RIDE AWAY FROM THE SLOPE. IF THE SNOW IS GOOD YOU CAN SKI IN. PARKING IS COVERED WHICH IS A PLUS. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.
