Vacation Rental Summary
Have stayed in Sawmill Creek condos numerous times; this (303) was one of the better units. Updated, fully equipped, very comfortable. Easy access to slopes by shuttle in morning, and great to ski down Four O'clock Run at the end of the day right into the condos. No problems at all; staff at GW helpful with all questions and easy check out - able to use hot tub showers and changing room for a final 2/3 day of skiing before heading to the airport.
We loved unit #303. It was spacious enough for all 6 of us, beautifully decorated & perfectly located! We had 2 complaints, however. First, we did not have a strong enough WiFi signal to access and utilize our email at different times throughout the day. And second, the master bath shower-head needs to be replaced. The water just trickles out and sprays in every which direction. (An easy fix!)
Our condo was very comfortable while in Breck over Thanksgiving for four days. We had more family members in another condo next door to ours and were able to share meals quite easily. An inside doorway would have, however, been nice too, since it was so cold. Over all we were very pleased with the service provided. The accomodations such as covered parking, indoor hottub and the convenience of being close to the gondola and the downtown made it very appealing too.
This is the 2nd time we stayed in unit 303 at Sawmill Creek condo's. We chose to stay in the same unit because it is very well maintained not only by its owner but also by the staff for Great Western Lodging. The view of Breckenridge from the balcony is great and we loved setting out there in the early morning watching the sunrise. It was also a great place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The very short walk to downtown is also another great reason to stay there. Less than a 5 minute walk. Flipkey would like you to rate this unit on your next stay. We will probably spend another week there next September. Also almost forgot to mention it has a elevator so no climbing of steps.
This was my second year at Sawmill Creek Condos. Great Western Lodging makes the stay easy and attends to all my needs. The staff on site are friendly and helpful. It's so nice to have a full kitchen and space to entertain family who join me each year for a few days. I love the proximity to Main Street and The River Walk. Look forward to next summer in Breckenridge and at Sawmill Creek Condos!
This was just perfect for our party of 5. Location is perfect!! Very clean and all appliances functioned well. Clean new carpet. Sheets were a little too worn--that's the only negative I can report.

First time staying at Sawmill Creek. It was a great condo and very close to everything. Walk to main street was less than 2 minutes. The unit 303 was very warm and inviting. The view from the balcony was great. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Hope to stay there again on next trip to Breckenridge. Thank You.
Excellent location and amazing rooms! Minutes from the Breck Connect to getto the base, seconds from Main Street in downtown Breck, and ski in on te 4 o'clock run!
Was very impressed with everything. Clean, great views through the patio doors and the neat little balcony, fully furnished, great location, and best of all, the roaring stream just below our windows. Had them open a crack all the time for the great sound effect. Had wanted a cabin by a stream but nothing was available. This was actually better in some ways considering the location to the shopping and gondola rides. We would rent the same room again any day. Even has a parking garage, but it's just a tad bit snug getting a full size pickup in and out. A car would be no problem. There's also outdoor parking for high profile vehicles. The price for this mid-summer stay was very reasonable.
We had a great time and hope to stay here again next year. Our place was very clean, well furnished, and appeard to have been recently updated. Comfortable for the 5 of us. It was nice having 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with a pull-out couch and a washer/dryer was a plus! The location is very convenient. Ski in/shuttle out (the bus stop is out front) that's also a short walking distance to Main Street Breckenridge.

Walking distance to Main Street for shopping and eating. Shuttle bus to peaks very easy to understand and located right at the condo entrance. 4 O clock run ends at the Condo, so easy skiing back to the condo. Just an overall great location
There were a few minor details about the property that could be enhanced, clock not working in living room, the clocks not set on stove or microwave, additional trash bags and toilet paper would have been appreciated. The view is great, the location was perfect. We skiied right to the condo and it was a quick block or two for restaurants, shopping, drinks, anything you needed. The ski lifts were convenient as a bus stop is right out the door. The fireplace was nice and very much enjoyed. The bathrooms are a bit small but overall we had a great time and enjoyed are stay!

This is a place that is set in a perfect location. Walk to main street, short ride to any peak, ski in at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again. Kitchen is well equipped with everything except a blender. The condo is warm, friendly, and decorated nicely. Great Western is easy to work with, they are friendly, and helpful. My only negative is new mattresses are needed on all the beds. They are all old and saggy.
