Enjoy this nice rustic two bedroom condo located on the third floor of Sawmill Creek. Just 20 yards from the bottom of the Four O'clock ski run, you can easily end your day on the mountain back at your condo! This cozy unit is fully equipped with kitchen supplies, a fireplace, washer and dryer as well as free Wi-Fi. The complex itself offers a covered parking space, two indoor hot tubs, and a shared grill on the patio area. After a great day on the mountain, walk a block into town and check out some of the great offerings our town has.

    Great location to town but quite a bit of noise in this condo

    This condo is in a great location very close to Main Street and the River Center. It is also right on the shuttle stop, 10 yards maybe. We were able to ski-in via the 4 o'clock run at the end of the day. But it's not a ski out so you'll have to take a bus or walk. There is covered parking which is a plus. The unit was decorated nicely in a rodeo theme. The only problems were it was extremely noisy, there is a lot of road noise at all hours of the day. They could really use some drapes in the bedrooms to dampen this at night. Also, the ceiling are extremely thin or something. The first two days it sounded like elephants were walking around on the floor above us. This would keep me from renting this unit again probably. The wifi is also shared which can cause it to be very slow so don't depend on it if you need to work while in town. Great Western was great to take care of our needs and questions though.

    Great Western Lodging is great to work with... easy check-in and out. We love the Sawmill Creek condos primarily because of their location. They are at the very bottom of 4 o'clock run, so you can ski in and walk 20 yards to your condo. They are also only a long block away from Main Street, so you never really have to get in your car.The only major issue with #306 was the noise from the unit above. I don't know if the people were particularly heavy, but when they walked, the ceiling creaked. And when they walked fast or with boots on, it was loud. Many times it sounded like they were dropping bowling balls on the floor. It was very distracting a lot of the time. However, it was the week before college started again and I think they were a rowdy bunch. We stayed in #304 back in 2010 and I don't recall the sound being an issue. If we stay in Sawmill Creek again, we will probably stay on the top (fourth) floor to avoid this.Otherwise, unit 306 is nicely decorated and everything worked, but the bathrooms could use some updating.

    The pictures are just what the unit represents! Beautiful décor, lots of room, and well equipped kitchen. Beautiful view of the mountain and convenient to walk to town! True ski in and only a few steps in the morning to catch the shuttle. Great hot tubs! Elevator and underground parking a true plus. Great view of the fireworks on New Year's Eve from our balcony! Only negative was that the TVs need to be upgraded to flat screen. Will definitely rent again!

    Fantastic condominium conveniently located near gondola service. Right on the Breck bus line and one block from Main St. Fully equipped unit, stocked with supplies and ready for guests. Great parking and check-in could not be any easier. Service requests were filled the same day. Would highly recommend this property!

    We had a great time visiting Breck as we do every summer! The condo was super comfortable and we loved the "lodge" feel. This was our fourth time renting through GW and at Sawmill but first time in this unit. As a family we wished for a stack of board games and cards which most units have and a stereo. Otherwise it was a nice unit!

    We will definitely come back again.

    I really liked that we could see the actual pictures of the unit when deciding which one to choose. The check-in and check-out was very easy and the staff was courteous and professional. We really liked the Western decor of the unit that we chose, and all of the rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved having free wi-fi. The location was also very convenient, being able to walk almost everywhere. What a great experience!

    My husband and I spend every anniversary in Breckenridge. I absolutely loved the decor of this condo - the owners clearly put in some solid effort to decorate. The location is perfect! Only a block away from downtown. The views were fantastic! We really enjoyed this condo and would definitely recommend it to friends!

    This is an exellent Condo and had alot to offer. It had a great home like feel and was spacious enough to accomodate a decent size group in the living dining area. a couple of small things would be maybe a little bigger variety of cookware and utensils and some dish towels and rags, but it was not at all hard to get along with what we had. Nice balanced location. Two blocks from the gondola, two blocks from Main Street and two blocks from the base of Peak Nine.

    Nice condo but lots of street noise in the summer

    The location is great and we walked to everything, trails, gondola and all over town. However, there's not alot of cross ventilation which made this unit warm in the summer and thus, we had to keep the windows open all night. There is alot of street noise which kept us up at night. As for the condo, it was spacious enough for two couples. The bathroom needs updating and the steam shower (although not necessary on our trip) is disabled. There is no light in the shower stall, very dark. The common area hot tub jets did not work. Water was hot but the jets didn't work. Great Western Lodging was easy to work with and answered all our questions. We look forward to staying in Breckenridge again in the summer and will use GWL but find a unit away from the street noise.

    Great Location and Comfortable Unit

    Winter and summer we stay at Sawmill Creek because of its convenient location to slopes in winter and Main St. year-round. Unlike some units, this condo has a very comfortable living room for at least 5 people to stretch out/lounge and watch a movie or read without anyone ending up on the floor or sitting on a hard chair. Issues with the unit were few--external entry door light was out; light bulb was out in the shower out and wiping shower floor with a paper towel came up black, so we never used the shower. Reported it to GWL upon checkout. General routine cleaning didn't seem very good upon close inspection in kitchen/bathrooms, king bedspread and shams was dirty--condo was otherwise very nice. Would definitely choose #306 again if available, however we encourage manager to stay on top of cleaning companies to protect the owners' interests, maintain the value of the unit and provide a pleasant and healthy experience for guests.

    This is the third time that we have rented a condo at Sawmill Creek, through Great Western Lodging and we were very, very pleased once again. This condo (#306) was clean, quiet and roomy for 5 adults. It is also very "homey" and allows one to relax in a "home away from home." The beds were very comfortable. The condo is bright and airy, and close to all Breckenridge activities. The staff of Great Western have always been friendly and helpful. We least liked the coffee maker. It was very slow, even after a thorough vinegar cleaning. It was over a half hour brewing, much too long! The blinds in the master bedroom do not fit properly and too much light shines in on the left side of the blinds. We used a light-weight blanket to cover that end so the light doesn't shine in your face in the mornings!

    Perfect Condo -- Perfect Weekend!

    We had a wonderful time during our extended spring ski weekend in Breckenridge. We especially enjoyed the convenience of the 4:00 Run Ski-In. We literally stepped out of our skis and onto the sidewalk to the condominium elevators at the end of the day! The condo was clean, well stocked, perfect location and a fantastic value. Thank you so much for everything and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

    Great Location - only a block to Main Street shops and restaurants, quick shuttle to lifts, ski in on 4 O'clock run or shuttle back. Nice mountain view, comfortable and attractive furnishings. Great Western was very user friendly and made it easy to reserve, check-in and out and were available for any questions, help with lift tickets, etc. Only complaint was that it was very warm and we had to turn heat off to be comfortable.

    This was our second stay in Sawmill Creek in Breckenridge - our least trip was 2008. All in all, it was another excellent experience. The location, weather, atmosphere and comfort of the unit is the reason we came back to stay. The lone issue in our entire week was that the elevator was not functioning when we arrived, and, therefore, we had to drag all of our stuff up three flights of stairs. However, ther staff was very apologetic and the elevator was fixed on the first business day after we arrived. I would highly recommend Sawmill Creek due to the location to Main Street and all of the restaurants and shops that Breckenridge has to offer. Our family would love nothing more than to make this a bi-yearly vacation destination! Thanks to Great Western Lodging and Sawmill Creek!

    Breckenridge is a very nice place to visit. Awesome skiing! The location was great. Walking distance to downtown and the 4 o'clock run was a nice way to end the skiing day or to to take a break in the condo. Plenty of room for a family of 6. Very comfortable beds and sofa.

    This place is in an excellent location because it is at the end of the 4 O'clock Run. Beds are comfortable, nice interior decor, place is clean. I only have two complaints: 1. I used the hot tub a few times and I did not smell any chlorine in the water. 2. We are on the 3rd floor, there are others on the 4th floor and I could hear them stomping on the floor above me. I am a light sleeper so by 7:30 or 8:00 am, I was wide awake by those who are above me. Other than that, I would stay here again, but this time, I would request to stay on the 4th floor.

    Everyone in the family exercised hard prior to coming to Breckenridge so we could enjoy our first time in the lofty Rockies. The sawmill creek condo 306 made the transition from the slope so much more efficient. Skiing down to the condo door was great. I think everyone underestimated the elevation as we can ski all day in Wisconsin. We will definitely return. Although the Condos electrical outlets and switching seems to be a little strange (i would check it out) we were happy with the amenities.

    Our visit to Breckenridge was enhanced by a wonderful lodging experience at Sawmill Creek. The location is convenient to shopping, dinning and exploring. The condo was lovely and had numerous amanities to make to make our vacation most enjoyable. Future visits to Breckenridge will include lodging at Sawmill Creek!

    Great condo in a superb location in centre of town. Handy location for everything - ski shuttle pick up outside door, at the bottom of 4 o' clock run allows skiing back in evening and a 5 minute walk to main street shops & restaurants. Spotlessly clean with full range of modern appliances and quality furnishings - couldn't fault it. Loved the wild west themed decor, gave condo real character - hopefully we'll be back.

    Our stay at Sawmill Village was wonderful as usual. We were able to accomadate everyone in our party with plenty of room. The location is GREAT, right off the 4'Oclock run. We all enjoyed the afternoons when it took us straight to our room! Great Western did a great job with everything!

    It's located in a nice area close to Main Street in Breckenridge, with ski-in (but not ski-out) access to the mountain. The place itself was nice, with one drawback of having a small hot water heater. If multiple people are taking showers back-to-back, this can pose a problem for people who don't go first. Otherwise, the price was good, space was sufficient to sleep six adults in beds, and it was nicely furnished. For the right price, I'd go back there again.

    The staff at Great Western Lodging were wonderful to deal with. They answered all my questions at the time of booking and were very helpful about the area and what to expect weather wise. They were prompt and courteus when we arrived / the unit was in great condition and just as the pictures showed. WE WILL BE BACK!
