    It was wonderful being able to get the whole family together for


    Sawmill Creek Condos were conveniently located to town and the bus line. My grandson enjoyed the hot-tub, My sons and daughters-in-law enjoyed the skiing and riding and my wife and I enjoyed the number of bed spaces enabling us to accommodate everyone in the same unit.

    Nice place great location


    We stayed at Sawmill Creek 314. Nice place. Great location. We had a problem wtih the upstairs TV but the management sent someone over immediately to fix it. The loft area and bathrooms were smaller than we expected. The location and price made this condo the perfect place to stay. Just a block to downtown and you can ski home.

    Great for all ages!


    Our family which included 10 people ranging in ages from 5 months to 55 years stayed here for 6 days for our first family vacation in years. While the condo did seem a little smaller than we were expecting from the pictures, it was a great place for all of us to stay. We did feel there were a few things, that could use a little updating. We were pleasantly suprised by the well stocked kitchen, we brought along a griddle and crockpot just incase, but the condo already had them. For the skiers in our bunch, the bus picked them up right outside the garage of the condo and they could ski into the back door. It worked out great for teaching the kids in our group (ages 3, 4, and 7) how to ski. It was also a great location for the non-skiers that could walk about 2 blocks to the downtown shops and restaurants. Other great features included easy check in/check out, great ski locker right outside the door, covered parking, and two indoor hot tubs. Our family will come back to these condos for future ski trips. Having a kitchen and laundry was great and made the vacation more relaxing and affordable.

    Great ski-in


    This is our fourth time staying on the propert and love it. It is a great ski-in property with quick access to the lifts. This time the condo was not as clean as the previous times but we plan on coming back. Also, we had 4 adults and 5 children and it was a little cramped.

    Perfect location


    Saw Mill was located right at the bottom of the four o'clock run..great for getting back for lunch or the end of the day. Our place was great. It was cozy and had everything needed. The kitchen was supplied better than any place I have ever rented before, including large beach houses. Great job! It is getting a little worn down, but it was clean and provided what one needs. Thanks...we would love to come back.

    Perfect Condo


    We loved the condo that we rented at Sawmill Creek in Breckenridge. It was a perfect set up for our family. We also brought a couple of friends so the extra loft area in this particular condo was perfect. The interior decor was very nice and comfortable with plenty of extra blankets for added comfort. It was also very clean and up to date! The location was especially convenient to the downtown area and located on the four o'clock run was great when we were ready to be done skiing at the end of the afternoon.     Family New Years


    We were recommended by the BOEC as my mother needed an elevator or a condo on a first floor. The condo was great - good location in terms of walking distance to town, proximity to buses to the lifts, multiple hot tubs, and the ski-in amenity. Parking was efficient. The condo was not significantly dated. But the elevator broke repeatedly with a less-than immediate repair-time - so it became an issue we had hoped to avoid and yet had to deal with. Still, I have returned to the condos with friends since then.

    Great family experience


    Everything about our stay was perfect. The condo is very comfortable. What a great location. We will return to this condo in the near future.

    Four adults stayed in this very nice condo for 2 days just post "Ride the Rockies" bicycle event. The location was excellent, the lounging- living room - entertainment area was wonderful. THe bedrooms were very comfortable.
