    Good value, lots of space, not fancy

    This property is a good value - plenty of space and decent location. It is not high end, which was fine with us, but just know that this Holiday Inn vs. the Four Seasons in terms of bedding, amenities, bathrooms, etc. The ski-in worked well from Four O'Clock run. The shuttle bus to the lift was easy, probably because we were late in the season. I would not have walked uphill to the gondola carrying my skis in that high altitude! Walk to town was convenient and simple. A few suggestions - the pillows are very hard/flat/uncomfortable. There is no large stock pot for boiling water for spaghetti or making chili. The loft area (two twin beds) is great, however, there are no curtains on the windows so the morning sun shines in brightly (teenager wanted to sleep late and couldn't). The indoor hot tubs were a hike from the apartment unit and they never seemed to get up to temperature (kind of tepid). The management company was responsive (shower curtain broke and they came right out and fixed it; humidifiers didn't work so they delivered new ones). Management Co. recommended Elevation Ski Rental in town, however, I would suggest using the ski rental place across the street from this condo for the sake of convenience/returns. Satisfied. Would recommend to others, especially if you want plenty of bed space (one bedroom has a Queen and a Double).

    Check In was very efficient. Accommodation worked out very well. Lots of room with many bedding options. Ski in worked well and shuttles great in Breck. Only real complaint was Park is a noisy street. It's very close to Main but lots of traffic. Snow removal in the middle of the night one night had many of us up for 3 hours till 3:00 am.

    Not impressed by this condo.

    Service at check-in was great - staff was friendly and organized, especially important since we had a large group. Unfortunately the condo was run down. Carpet was frayed, walls scuffed, light bulbs burned out, etc. In addition there was only one towel allocated for each person. No extra towels available for the hot tub or for exchange. Need a fresh towel? Wash it yourself in the Washer/Dryer provided in the condo. Just one problem - no laundry soap. Guess I'm supposed to know to bring that with me. We also were expected to do our dishes and take the trash down to the dumpster before we checked out. Talk about a bare-bones operation! I've been coming to Breck for years, staying in various places and this by far is the cheapest run place. Too bad because it was in a great location and has lots of potential.

    I have shared this review with the owner to make sure they are aware of the carpet and walls, and maintenance will be going through to make sure all the light bulbs are working – thank you for noting! I will be following up with housekeeping, as each unit is to be stocked with a laundry detergent packet.

    The Housekeeping office is also located right there on site at Sawmill Creek, so we do can always exchange towels there on-site at the property, I apologize about that information not being shared with you and will speak to the office personnel about that miscommunication.

    We loved the view from the living room area! Overlooking the ski runs. We also love the location. Ski down on Four O'Clock for lunch and at the end of the day. Downtown just blocks away. Nice updated master bath. Kitchen well stocked and a nice updated TV. Need some maintenance with some of the electrical outlets-some were loose and wouldn't take a cord. Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. Great Western Lodging was very accomodating with any requests or issues we had. There was a broken slat on the master bed and they were up within a half hour to fix it. Also, came over with clean towels. We will definitely book with them again for Sawmill Creek.

    Great Time In Breckenridge!!!

    Overall, this condo was great. It was very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. Great views from the balcony and convenient to shopping, restaurants and convenient to shuttle out and ski in for skiing. We rarely drove our car anywhere. The only things I would like to see improved is additonal tv's in 2 bedroom and loft and better mattresses. They were uncomfortable for us. We would definetely consider coming back to this condo, especially if these minor concerns were corrected.

    Great family vacation

    As a family that loves to ski and skis often, this was a great condo for us. Although the condo was a bit gently used (older) it fit our needs with it's spaciousness and value. We did, however, did crave an outdoor hot tub offered most other places. Also, when we booked, we made sure we had a washer and dryer unit, and packed accordingly. Our dryer did not work and the washer/dryer set were bordering on antiques. This was quite an annoyance. We did get a small credit back on the lodging for this reason (which we did appreciate). Location was nice. Shuttle out, ski in worked great for us. Close to town, so group could split up and do as they pleased. Will definitely look into returning to this facility.

    Solid place with good space. Bus to lifts, ski-in access was good. 4 of us gave plenty of room. Clean was key.

    We had a great stay. These condos are close to everything. The slopes weren't open yet (we were there over Thanksgiving) next to the condos but the shuttle was close and convenient. The only complaint is that there usually was not anyone in the office on the complex site if you had any questions. Other than that, everything was perfect!
